Unsafe and disappointing.My son and I came in for a couple games one night. Right away I noticed that unlike laserdome in North Vancouver, there was no briefing on equipment or safety.5 minutes into the game, someone - a kid or adult, ran into him, and his gun smashed into his mouth and broke his front tooth.I complained to staff and she gave me an email address to which no one bothered responding.We had paid for 2 games, second game was all adults except for him, and many were sprinting around. There are signs saying no running, maintain 5' distance etc.. but no one was enforcing the rules and the adults that practically ran into me, and I told them there was no running, were not aware of that rule.I would say, this place is ok for older kids, but may not little ones.Also, for both games, there were equipment malfunctions, my son had to replace his gear in the first game, and my own gun had problems shooting in the second game.

Staff member was very helpful and friendly. He was very patient with our group of 42. The sign in process though needs to be updated. There should be a way to fill everything out online before arrival. We arrived a half hour before our scheduled game time but it still wasn't long enough as one machine was totally down and the rest are just kind of old and finicky. Some money needs to be spent to upgrade computers, vests and lasers. I would not recommend going with a large group until forms can be prefilled online.

Great place to blow off some energy whether with a group from the office, birthday party, or with a few friends. Very large facility. Access is through the security booth outside of the Amazon fulfillment centre; follow signs. They also have a separate trampoline park venue. Free surface parking. #letsguide

The Causasian guy worked Sunday evening really needs help. We went there to have fun, but encountered a miserable employee. I waited for a while to pay, I was the only one waiting at the time, but he was sooo busy with his computer. He said, the next game is more important than customers like me who is willing to pay. Later on, he disappeared for a while then came back started to talk to other Caucasian customers behind me(not the important ones as he referred who are going to play the next game). Not sure if he is plain racist or not organized or not able to multi task. Right before I was about to leave, I heard him told an Asian family, next game is more important than customers like them, he doesn't have time to deal with them. What a piece of work is him.

Here is a regular place for kids birthday party. Every time we visit here kids are very excited and happy. Their party package includes everything, room, play, socks, pizza, icecream cake, candles, cutlery and plates and drinks 2 hours. The friendly staff are very helpful and working beyond their duty to make sure you're satisfied.Parking spots are a challenge though specially in the weekends.

If you have kids or teens then after them up and BRING THEM!. Cool vests, music and two floors of glowing fun. Lots of spaces to hide and shoot other parties. Lockers also available for small fee. Extreme Air Park also located in the same building. Sadly, there where no other parties to play against, so we played against each other! I recommend phoning in advance to find out, depending on many are in your group.

Good place to have fun with. Only a small issue (maybe for other ppl, it's not small)... I was waiting outside the room for my son and his friends. 2 kids went out and told a male staff their guns not working. The staff kept talking on the phone. He didn't help right away. One kid was waiting almost 5-10mins. He absolutely had less scores. Please focus on your work...

Always nice to go shopping and enjoy lunch thereafter! Never disappoints. But I was disappointed they didn't have the folks!! Considering IKEA sells the utensils, you should have enough to cater for the masses. But everyone was kind of creative with the knives and spoons!

Paid the deposit for group pricing at $12 per person. When we are there 2 weeks later they charged us for $16.47 per person claiming there has been a price increase in the past week or so. Because the manager wasn't there they asked us to pay first and the call back to claim the refund. No matter how many times we call the manager is never there, no return calls, and every emails are being ignored. Few of our people couldn't even get in for more than an hour because of the very limited parking space. When the Purolator truck was stuck due to the cars parked by their customers, it was the other customers asking people if those vehicles were theirs. The management of the place is absolute trash, do not go to this place. We'll see if they even care about receiving this bad review. Hoping to receive a call from the manager at least. It has been almost a month now. Please avoid this place at all cost you won't regret it I wish I can give 0 stars and post this review.
