Never returned our phone call

They did not show up when they said they would on more than one occasion and did not address our plumbing issues.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY WERE IN TOWN AT ANOTHER RESIDENCE. I ASKED THEM IF THEY COULD LOOK AT A SHOWER PIPE, WHILE THEY WERE HERE. THEY HAD A LOOK, CHANGED A SHOWER VALVE. THE PROBLEM WAS NOT FIXED, BEFORE THEY LEFT. THEY WANT TO CHARGE ME $65.00 FOR A SERVICE CALL, PLUS $135.00 FOR AN HOURS WORK. OVER $200.00 DOLLARS. NOTHING IS REPAIRED. THEY'RE A SCAM COMPANY. BEWARE

Called them when my propane hot water died. They called back right away and managed to fit me in that day. I love in McKellar, about 25 minutes from Parry Sound. Hot water heater was replaced and working within 90 minutes of arrival on same day I called. WOW. Great service, I highly recommend Morrow's.I phoned 6 other local companies who either didn't return my calls or couldn't help in less than 6 weeks.

Great guys, made it by to fix the well water issue as quickly as possible, very personable and professional.Turned out to be a pressure release valve that corroded in the well pipe - we are pretty handy ourselves at fixing things but couldn’t fix that one without their help! Thanks Guys.

Done a great job and good service

Returned home on Thursday to find no water in our home, the breaker for the well pump had tripped making us suspicious our well pump may have failed. Tried three businesses in town that were either too busy, unavailable or not interested in helping us out. Called Morrow’s, spoke with Lori, who told us someone would be out to our place first thing in the morning. Friday morning Kelly arrived and determined it was our well pump. We have a ground source heat pump that uses our well water to heat our home. By early afternoon, Kelly returned with his crew and the well pump was replaced. Could not have asked for a more quick and very professional response to our urgent need. Thanks to Lori, Kelly and crew for your response. Will highly recommend Morrow’s Plumbing and plan to use them for any future needs.
