Quality has declined. We’ve been loyal customers to various locations of EEAuto. Earlier this week, my parents dropped off the car for car wash, and the car came back way too damp and almost like the carpet was soaked in water. This never happened before. The staff left no apologies and now we have to leave the windows and trunk open for few days to dry it.

This is a joke but they really provide fast service. 2 Hours job, they only took 40 minutes to finish. Don't waste your money here. I found the stains still on my passenger side door handle. I Paid almost 200 dollars for interior and exterior wash. It's totally waste money.

Pretty good detailing work. I also got my winter tries here in a decent price.

Had my SUV detailed here yesterday, and these guys did a great job. I had the interior detailed (as well as an exterior hand wash), and they had two guys working close to 3 hours on it. Everything was thoroughly cleaned, including getting all the encrusted salt from the terribly long winter off the floor mats and carpets. They were good enough to offer a return visit to the shop should any of the salt still show up once everything was completely dry.What I also liked was they pointed out a rust spot that I hadn't noticed and suggested I take care of that...there was no overselling as this was not something they offered themselves. They do offer claybar service, but were happy to offer suggestions on claybar brands they recommended if I wanted to do it myself.Overall, a good experience...will use again.
