Went to this location a few months back. The waitress was high as a kite, and couldn’t even function on planet earth, she tried to double charge us because she was too high to remember what we ordered. Even though she had wrote it down. All our food was cold. The seafood melt I ordered was like someone took a hair dryer to the cheese then put it back in a fridge for an hour. Went back today to give them the benefit of the doubt. When we entered the door we waited 10 minutes to be seated, then when we requested a booth, the hostess rolled her eyes and acted very rudely. We waited 15 minutes and no waitress came to our table to ask us if we wanted anything to drink, not even water. Even though they had sat other customers down in our section and they were helped immediately. Needles to say we left. We decided to go to toukies located in club regent. The service there is way better and not much out of the way from pony corral. And lastly, needless to say, I won’t be returning to pony corral.

Was expecting to have a great meal.Unfortunately the supposed steak with Madagascar peppercorn sauce was missing the sauce. Must have had a whole bottle of peppercorn poured on to steak though. Took one bite and damn near choked to death.Someone should teach the chef to actually make the sauce. Would have tamed the flavour down a bitOtherwise service was wonderful and the Calamari was delicious.

We hadn’t been here for several years. Shared the chicken souvlaki pita and we had about one bite of chicken per half shared. Very disappointed. Also soft drinks are still over priced and refills are extra. Fries were good

2 of us went on an early Saturday aft for my mom's bday dinner. We both decided on the full rack Greek ribs meal for 38$ and an unknown up charge of 4$ for a ceaser salad total $42.Unfortunately it was probably one of the worst rib meals we ever had.The rack" of ribs came precut which I am not a fan of to begin and was surprised. The lemon potatoes were not dry and were the best things on the plate. The veg was under cooked and cold and the ribs were terrible.Once some food was moved around you could tell that the plate was placed under a salamander to heat up as the ribs were charred and tasted burnt

I have never ever delt with such a horrible experience with such atrocious service. We went in as a four top meeting our other party of two seated in the lounge on a quiet night. I ordered the blackened sirloin and asked if I could have it with the Greek salad instead of ceaser salad as I have a MAJOR fish and seafood allergy. The server than went on to argue with me that ceaser had no ingredient that could affect me .... there is anchovies I told her and was answered with an eye roll. Our overall experience just went down hill from there between cold food and never being asked if we wanted more beverages our server when she would finally come around stopping one to two people in and than just turning around to answer the phone. I would not recommend or go back to this place ever!!! If I could give this a 0 I would!!!

Really big food portions, friendly staff, unique menu items: had chicken and pickel soup which was pretty good.

The food was not great. Most were salty but overall edible. The drinks were really GOOD the 4 star is really for the drinks and service. I'd go back for drink maybe not the food.

I have never had such bad service or such a horrible meal. The waitress we saw 2x the manager brought our drinks another waitress brought our mains and had to request the salad that was supposed to come in the meal. We were never even asked how anything was. There 5 tables of customers counting us. Never ever would consider paying $138 for this dining experience or meal.

Should have gone to McDonald’s instead. French onion soup: onions still crunchy and wasn’t even really hot. Pepper steak: should have cued on “I’ll see if we have any sauce”. Whole peppercorns? Lemon potatoes were too tangy to even eat, lemon juice poured on potatoes? Veggies were still semi raw and definitely not el dente. Took the Caesar salad home. Not what I expected for a $100 meal. Never going back.
