Luther Home

My husband has advanced Alzheimer Disease and he resides at Luther Home. He moved into the home in January, 2018 and I have been happy with the care. The staff and Leadership make the safety and care of their residents a priority.Although I miss being able to visit my husband, I have been impressed how well Luther Home has handled the Covid 19 crisis. They were one of the first personal care homes to go into lockdown because they were very concerned about protecting their vulnerable population. They informed families about the lockdown and what it would entail initially, and have kept families informed as the lockdown continues.The Recreation program provides excellent activities for the residents to enjoy on the whole, but they have been particularly innovative during this time of lockdown when families can't visit. I can regularly FaceTime with my husband.It is great to know that during this stressful time my husband and the other residents are protected and well cared for.I extend a huge thank you to the Leadership and staff of Luther Home.
