I love this dollarstore. Really AFFORDABLE. Not like dollarama now, I've stopped shopping at them due to everything being over $5. Dollartree has great prices. There's this blonde lady who's short who usually serves me and she is so professional and polite. She seems like she like her job there. I ENJOY GOING THERE DAILY. The service and prices you can't beat.

I have frequented this Dollar store in the past but today was a remarkable experience. I had a kind gentleman by the name of JAKE (I think that was his name) go above and beyond. Not only did he help me get a box off the very top shelf, he also went beyond his duties to help me find a box of canvases that I needed. He searched nearly every box in the aisle and also went to the back room to check for me. This is exceptional service. Normally staff members would just tell you that whatever is out there is all they have, which is common at most stores, but Jake left me with a great experience and made my day. What a great employee. I hope that Dollar Tree will see this review and award him for his great customer service.

Its a nice big dollar tree. There is alot more selection than the one we have in wasaga beach for seasonal items. It doesn't feel as organized or clean however. And the young staff here seem to need direction from the older staff . Overall I will be back

This is my first google review ever. I was with my mom earlier waiting for someone at the cashier area to help us ring the stuff that we bought. Then a cashier lady came to us with a not so friendly service. My mom still said thank you to her nicely even though she was frowning , but she did not respond at all.Then the white person next to us started putting her stuff in the cashier then she suddenly changed her mood from being grumpy to being so friendly after she helped us.I don't know! Maybe because we're asian?I'm giving one star because of her but the store is great!

Store and prices are amazing.... head office pay attention to your staff, they are rude and gossip infront of our community. This is far from OK and the reason for my once 5 star rating to go to 1 star firmly now. Who ever these staff are if you dislike you job and community so much, move on.

Store is too good and I like everything but two women were working their and they don't know how to be respectful with customers...it was my first time shopping in dollar tree and really bad customer service..I will never go again..

This should be a 5 star from everyone. The prices are 1.25 or less. You can get bread here , all different kinds. You can freeze it. Party supplies are cheaper and the same quality as party city. The staff is amazing, very hard working girls and men. It's always clean. The stock isn't always the same but eventually it does come back. I get my foil take away containers there as well as pie plates for 1.25. No where can beat that. I go there at least twice a week. Saves me alot of money ☺️
