Hans is a terrible agent, he doesn't care about the tenants at all and doesn't want to do his jobe. He's rude and only aswers after a long time. He also refuses to answer via texts, but will text you when he wants something. He also threaten to give a 30 day notice over things when he wants to force his demands. Really doesn't want to do anything for the clients. In fact , he keeps telling me that I'm not his client legaly. (Then what am I? ). Shady stuff happen in this company and shady people. Beware.

Shady and unresponsive agent Hans, who never answered any calls and even his voice mail box is full all the time...you can't even leave a message. There are things that need attention at the entire property that we rented out, not a single professional company ever came to attend any issues that were raised, they always sent their family or friends to do repair work.The house is in a bad condition but sometimes the market in BC is so tight that people like us have to deal with agents like Hans. Stay away from this listing company if you can.

I DO NOT recommend Interlink Realty. For the past 5 years I have worked as a small commercial property manager. I know the level of professionalism and care that is required to take care of your tenants, not to mention the legal obligations and rules. I can confidently say that the service provided by Interlink is the absolute worst!! I have lived in the building for 6 years and at year 2 the management changed to Interlink. Immediately it became stressful and frustrating to deal with them, a far cry from the management before them. They are rude, they lack care and respect and they do nothing unless asked multiple times!!! On many occasions the tenants have had to ban together to fix things around the building (such as fixing broken windows) in order to create a safe environment for ourselves and the small children that live in our building. These are tasks that management had been asked to take care of MANY times and yet nothing was done. Additionally their fixes are VERY cheap and barely pass as acceptable. In addition to this there have been multiple occasions where the rules posted on the BC Tenancy Act have not only been neglected but violated. Similar to a comment below, I too have kept correspondence I have in order to document their management skills & the quality of my dealings with them. AVOID this company or its members. It's not worth the many fights you're about to have.

I strongly discourage engaging in any business dealings with Donny Ou due to his extreme lack of basic communication skills, inability to carry out simple tasks, and highly unprofessional behavior. He has proven to be the worst property manager I have encountered, and I urge you to avoid doing anything business with him.

This is absolutely the worst property management company ever!!! Not surprising that they have more 1 stars than anythjngn and that the only 5 star they got is from someone inside there office. Every complaint everyone else has had, particularly with Ken, is bang on!!! Always points the finger back at you as the tenant. Not willing to help out with anything especially when it comes to repairs. Just comepletly rude and ignorant. This company should go under as you have no care In the world for anyone. I already filed a complaint with Dominique as well and all I got in return is I will investigate" and let's get real - that never happened. We too have spent over 2K on renovations and are asking for a simple 200 dollar repair and he's refusing. Thankfully I absolutely will take the time to write him up AGAIN and go through the residential tenancy act. We too have mice and mold issues and again

Typical awful Chinese company (Am Chinese). A toilet damage that existed before moved in is still not fixed due to many times of delays with ambiguous excuses and SHADY contract traps. Was moved in almost a month now and just told to wait for another 3 weeks for the repair. The quality of agents are as ridiculous as the situation as well. Do NOT EVER choose this company if you do not want to waste your time and money. 0/10

Horrible company and please stay away from dealing with Interlink. The company pulled a lot of shady tactics when we went to purchase a listing under them. They wouldn't disclose foreign buyers tax info and the realtors are owners of homes that they are selling and they wouldn't disclose any info of ownership. They accepted an offer from our family to purchase a home and backed out and asked for more money about 3 times after accepting an offer. They were getting us to bid against ourselves after accepting an offer from us already. Then a realtor who is the home owner bypassed our realtor and called my family directly to cut our realtor out so he wouldn't be included in the deal process and receive any commission. Very shady company and we will be reporting them to our local real estate board soon unless they rectify the situation. This went on for a month with no resolution. Horrible experience and led us to missing out on other potential homes we could've purchased.

Just like all the other comments, Hans was terrible to (try to) work with. After sending him my application (with a lot of sensitive information) for his listing, he stated that he would send me the tenancy agreement. He never did that, and never communicated with me again. I tried to ask for simple updates, even just a, “the unit has been filled”, and he never responded to a single email or message again. Don’t understand how there are multiple bad reviews specifically about him but he is still able to do this.

I am surprised why Interlink has only one review... but not surprised that it is a bad one. I imagine people are very unhappy... they don't even want to write one.In summary, they don't care about their tenants. Don't care about not only whether they are happy customers. but also they don't care about their health.This is the kind of property management which is very cheap and have zero idea of customer service. They never showed a minimum appreciation (not even a dollar store Christmas or Chinese new-year's card).They promised to pay interior paint for the house, with me painting it ... well they never paid for it. To make the house livable I spent more than $2K from my pocket.I never paid one month late and yes, they texted me a couple of times asking for late payment (2 or 3 days before of the due date!).I lived with rats over 2 years, I had a refrigerator broken for 1 month, I paid for the dish washer 'shipping' just to have it after 6 months of have one broken (the shipping was more money than the actual dishwasher). They never took care of the garden. When negotiated a new contract they added to it that I should take care of the garden... and did not pay a full year I did.The property manager (Ken) does not believe when you complain of things that are not working, and always try to fix them himself and avoiding 'expenses' bringing professionals.I obviously complained at the office... the receptionist never allowed me to talk to the owner (Dominique) and said that I had not other options than keep dealing with Ken...Well they were lucky I don't have time to file complains, and I am lucky the contract is over and I am out!I do not recommend this property manager for any owner or tenant, or human being that deserves a minimum of respect.

Very disappointed in how Hans handles potential clients. He does not respond to emails or engage with you when you reach out. My partner and I are looking for a new home to rent, and he never replied to my email about booking a viewing.I was hoping the reviews were wrong, or had at least used the feedback received from these reviews to improve how they run their business. But unfortunately that does not seem to be the case.
