There was an old man it there and you can take this as offence but you were racist and honestly I have no reason to come back here and this was regarding a passport photo. Not a thank you or anything but there were a family infront of us and to be specific a white family and he was much more pleasent and nice to them unlike how he treated us, we were treated like nothing just like him, NOTHING.

Very disappointed with this guy I went this morning. I have gone there few times. Never happen. He doesn’t smile. Look like he really didn’t want to do this inking job. I shouldn’t have to clean this cartridges. First time I have to do this?? Will not go back

My husband came here a few months back to print some documents, he said it was great and the owner was very helpful and friendly. Sadly the owner no longer prints any documents. According to a nice staff member informing me of this today, there are two other options; the library or Pressmens. Just an FYI for anyone out there.

Wanted to have a picture on my phone made into a canvas print. Woman was not helpful at all when I asked her what I needed to do. Didn't explain what was required just kept saying she needed to see the picture but didn't explain how to get it to her. Very rude and unfriendly. Will go to a photo place in Hamilton that has done work for me before. This store was close to my trailer so wanted to give them a chance. Never again!

Every year I make photo calendars for family members using Shutterfly. They offer a 50% discount at Christmas but their shipping cost amounts to the price of another calendar. That being said, they do use heavy card-stock and the quality of their product is outstanding!This year, due to COVID having hurt our local economy, I thought I would save the shipping costs and support local, so I opted to try Foto Source in Caledonia. I gathered all my photos and logged in to their website to create two wall calendars. One for me, and one for my brother and family. The website is very limited as to background options, embellishments and styles. There are limited instructions on how to use the program and you cannot reduce the size of photos to fit in their pre-formatted pages. Not very user-friendly at all compared to Shutterfly.After two hours of manipulating files and struggling with content creation, I placed the two calendars I had made in the cart and sent the order for processing. A few days later I received an email to say my order was ready.The store is a 60km round-trip drive (one hour) from my home but I was excited to see the finished product. I took the calendars to my car to see how they turned out. The cardstock used was much lighter than what I was accustomed to, but acceptable. The overall quality of the calendars was reasonable. However, when I inspected both calendars, I noticed the December page, including photo, had been printed on both my brother's calendar as well as the one I had created for myself. This was not how I had ordered them. It was obviously an oversight by the printer and my brother's calendar was not acceptable as a gift.I brought this to the attention of the proprietor who told me he would reprint the calendar and it would be ready the next day. I explained that I had made a special trip to pick this order up and his response was Well

Owner is very rude and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this store for any kind of service. I will not be visiting to this store again.

On two separate occasions my husband and I were treated like we were an inconvenience when shopping at this store. Both times leaving empty handed without any help. The worst customer service I have ever received.

We just moved to Caledonia and did not know where else to go, to get passport photos done. I walked in to Foto Source on Argyle with my 2 kids. A (white)man with 2 young boys were already in the store...waiting. The owner was in the back finishing up this fellows request. He walks towards me and harshly asks Can I help you"?! Seemingly bothered.I said: I just need passport photos for these 2
