Excellent training facility for performance as well as general fitness goals. Fantastic environment which fosters camaraderie, and top-notch equipment selection. If you're a serious barbell athlete in the Peterborough area, you need to check Kawartha out.

Wow what a great experience here. Kyle was amazing with us, a super nice guy, and he even tried to save us money. I would rather support a local company like this any day!! We bought two prices of fun equipment and also flooring.....he gave us great advice and a few workout tips I never knew before. Thanks guys!

Purchased a Sole eliptical machine from Kawartha about a year and half ago (still under waranty?). Contacted Owen, who came out to Whitby and fixed the machine to working order no problem. There was also a cosmetic cover that was also broken and needed to be ordered. So Owen came back out again a couple of weeks later, and quickly fixed it back up to great condition. Thanks for all your help and going above and beyond!!

We get all of our fitness equipment from Kawartha Fitness for our High School Athletic program. It has always stood up to the rigors and pounding from our teams and athletes. The service is second to none. Ryan, Kyle and the entire team at Kawartha Fitness are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. A fantastic local company that gives back to the community too. If you are considering a purchase for either home or commericial grade fitness equipment I would strongly recommend visiting Kawartha Fitness.
