I made a Holter monitor appointment on the phone. When I arrived at the lab, they had no record of my Holter monitor appointment, I had been incorrectly booked for something else. The lab receptionist was rude and unfriendly. He raised his voice at me and when I asked him to lower his voice and he refused. It was extremely unprofessional and upsetting. Try a different location.

I recently came here twice for my blood tests. I arrived around 10AM without making appointments and only waited around ten minutes. The staff was very efficiently and polite, especially the technician named Alyssa, who was so nice. I fully recommend this location if you ever need a test.

Website says it closes at 5pm but it was close when we got there due to staff training. Why would you let people make appointments when you are close for the day? Especially for people requiring last minute tests done. Do better!

Kudos to the staff. Due to COVID the front doors to the building don't open until 7:30, so people have to line up out front of the building. On a previous visit, when the doors opened many people stampeded to the lab on the second floor to get ahead in line. Staff have responded by handing out numbers to people lined up outside, so now seniors don't get bowled over on the way upstairs. Thank you to the staff for recognizing an issue and addressing it.

Excellent services. Efficient, professional and friendly staff. I was a witness of their high custoner services skills. I admired how they customized and get to accomodate according to the needs of each person (seniors, background, etc).  Meanwhile, I was waiting (not for too long) I saw their patience and care for each individual. Thank you for your hard work!

I’ve been here twice to get my blood work done, first time in 2021 and second in 2023. Both times my experiences have been excellent, I walk in and out usually within 30 minutes at the very most. Everyone here works very hard to keep things going, but despite that the work they do is as painless as possible.

Haven’t even been there yet (recently) and I’m already unimpressed and frustrated by the fact that despite exhortations to book online, it is impossible to do so. “Book an appointment” sends you to “find closest lab”; however, I was only able to find this location thru Google maps and my own memory of it existing — the LifeLabs website doesn’t list any of the ones closest to me at all. The website toggles me endlessly between “book an appointment” and the completely useless “find a location,” which does not list any location anywhere near me. If LifeLabs would rather have people book their appointments online than phone, perhaps they might try providing useful information and links that make this possible.

Apparently location is closed last Thursday of every month after 12:30 for training. Not noted on the LifeLabs website or app - wasted 30 mins walking here in the heat to be turned away. It would be helpful to ensure these hours were noted on the site.

Very slow lab. I was showing 11 minutes until I would be served for over 30 minutes. Not sure why they were so slow but their times on the display were way different than reality. You would think they would be a lot closer to reality. It took me 90 minutes to get a blood test which they said when I went in should be 30 minutes or less.

There is accessible pay parking in the back of the building. Though an older building the whole building is accessible, auto door open buttons actually work, has an elevator. Check in staff could be friendlier. I thought by booking an appointment online I'd have no wait, but I still waited. The tech who did my test was very friendly. When I left at 4pm it was way busier, there were a ton of ppl standing in line just to checkin and waiting area was full. Book your appointment online ahead of time.
