Haight's Garden Centre & Landscaping

I called from BC on Christmas Eve and spoke to Ginger about getting a last minute custom made succulent gift pot together. She was amazing!! She stayed for a few minutes after closing to put together one of the most beautiful pieces of 3 succulents planted in a piece of driftwood. She went above and beyond - very professional. I’ll be doing business with them again! Thanks Ginger for accommodating my last minute Christmas planning!!

Always new arrivals & friendly staff

I always love going there. Unfortunately I could not get what I was looking for which was vegetables, all sold out. Not their fault. I was in quarantine for two weeks.

The only place I was able to find plants for my pond. I usually purchased from marketplace but I needed larger plants. Great selection on other plants.

The team at Haight’s were very patient and understanding with us while we struggled to complete a shed project recently. We returned to the store so many times for more supplies it got to be pretty funny. They have a great selection of home goods, building and landscaping supplies, and plants. We’re excited to take on more projects in our yard and we’ll definitely be back to Haight’s!

I have grown up coming to this place every year to get the gardening needs. Even moving away from the city, I go back to help my parents get what they need and I must say though, this year has been my most favourite, only because I found this beautiful 3 piece shark!! It was love at first sight

Purchased a perennial in the fall, before the ground got cold. Came in inquiring about planting in the fall, and was assured up and down that there would be no issues with the time of year and it would have no difficulty surviving. Inquired about lavender at first, and the clerk led me to a Cat's Pajamas instead. Followed all instructions for planting and care, and it did not survive. Went to discuss and asked for a replacement and was basically told, “sorry, too bad” and that they don’t warranty perennials as it could have not survived for a variety of reasons. I am upset at this as I was assured, and feel I was misled, given poor advice, especially when initially expressing apprehension about planting at the end of the season. I am disappointed as they refused to offer any kind of solution for being misled and being given poor advice.
