Queens Travel must be very busy that they don't need my business.I first called them and told them that I am traveling to the Philippines. They ask me a few questions which I answered. I got a general answer which I fully understand because they don't really have the details. So I took off a day for work to visit them in to explain the date and the details of the trip. A girl name Lisa was always too busy handling other customer on the phone. When she finally finish, she listen to me for about a few minutes and then gave me her card and information which I did not need and told me to call her.When I callled her, she told me to text information.Problem #1She told me to text my info. How when her phone is a landline.Problem #2I tried to explain to her that I do not want to buy my own domestic ticket. I am willing to pay extra if she will arrange that too. Apparently that is not possible. She insist that when I arrive in Manila that I purchase my domestic flight. Yes, that can be done but I do not want to.Problem #3I tried to explain to her that I will stay 3 to 4 days in my province, then fly to Manila and stay there for 3-5 days before going back to Toronto. She simply do not understand it. I tried to explain but I do not know if it is too complicated for her or she is just interested on straight round trip.Instead I called Asap ticket. But all those trips were simple,straight forward round trip. This time a little bit of explanations is needed. I just felt that Queen Travel or Lisa was not interested on hearing the details.
