Great customer service and my rental truck is clean and in excellent condition.

People here were very friendly and helpful. Truck was also good.

Great service from Kevin right off the bat. There was a vehicle that needed repairs and he did everything he could to get me on the road as fast as he could. Would definitely recommend this location!

Best Uhaul experience I’ve ever had; I’m used to most locations being quite unprofessional, however Kevin (sp ?) was extremely nice and professional, had everything ready for me, and made the return process extremely simple.

I phoned to ask to book a uhaul for 3 days the person answering the phone said I could not do that.i said I need it for 3 days that's how long my move will take.he proceeded to tell me everyone else can move in 24 hours ". Then he said I needed to call a different company such as discount .he said no uhaul place would allow me to do this. I am not sure I understand when I moved from Alberta to ontario I had one for 4 days ..I said this is crazy and u are very rude.i phone another uhaul company in the same town and booked it for 3 days no problem . I am paying for 3 days so it's not like they are losing money. I would never go to this uhaul place ."

Kevin was one of the nice guys I’ve ever had to deal with at u-haul. We booked and processed my truck with in minutes, and when it came to the insurance he was very thorough with explaining what is covered!! I would strongly suggest going to see him with your u-haul needs
