Staff are always super friendly and approachable. The kids have formed great friendships yet keep a competitive spirit amongst each other.Sensei and Sempai's are encouraging and patient when training new katas. A great experience overall.

Having been involved in martial arts for 20+ years we have experienced a lot of martial arts schools. We picked safeguard to send both our girls because they value the importance of what happens off of the mats as well as what happens on them. This is a school that builds character and achievement through martial arts. We have not just seen our girls strive in technique and skill but they have grown in confidence and character in leaps and bounds. The school has wonderful instructors and a family operation that truly cares about their students of all ages. Safeguard has been a huge part of our family for almost a decade. Sensei Troy & Sensei Tina have created a beautiful & inclusive space for learning & growth. Not just in the physical sense, but emotional as well. We are honored to be their students (both son & mom) & to be part of the Safeguard family.

I have been attending the kickboxing class offered to teens and adults for about 5 months now after taking the free trial, and the experience has been fantastic. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and have created a learning environment that is welcoming to both beginners and more experienced athletes. Additionally, the monthly fee is incredibly reasonable.My skill and confidence has improved with each class, and by offering classes in the evening, the instructors have allowed me to easily incorporate regular kickboxing into my busy schedule. I would strongly recommend Safeguard Martial Art's kickboxing class to anyone who is interested in improving their physical health, learning fighting techniques from skilled professionals, and building their personal confidence in a meaningful way.

We have started attending Safeguard Martial Arts recently and it has been a wonderful experience! Sensei Troy and Sensei Tina have been amazing with making my son feel welcome and engaged. The classes are dynamic and interesting, with many important takeaways to build strength and confidence in a safe, friendly and kind environment. An amazing Dojo with excellent instructors. Safeguard was initially recommended to me for my oldest who has ADHD and struggles with impulse control and going here has helped him so much. Both of my boys love Sensei Troy. He is patient and kind and always makes it fun for them. Highly recommend.

Our daughter started a few months ago with Safeguard and she loves it. She enjoys her classes and all of the different techniques they have been teaching her. She really likes her Sensei’s and earning new belts. We have seen other children she goes to school with also grow in the classes and have begun to find ways to channel their excess energy better. Highly recommended.

Troy and Tina operate such a well rounded experience. Our son has been attending since 2017 and has grown in confidence, strength, ability and has found a social connection as well. The Dojo is always clean and well equipped. They teach more than just the martial art. There is also a focus on empathy, knowing wrong from right, plus the importance or community and of perseverance. We would recommend Safeguard to any parent as we also have a deep trust in their commitment to safety as well. The entire team reflects everything previously mentioned. It has been a game changer for our son. We will always be grateful to have discovered this place and the people in it.

I have a very active child who was struggling with self awareness and impulse control. A friend of mine suggested Safeguard and I am SO thankful every day that she did. This has helped my child so much and he has improved at the dojo, home, and school through their their teachings. All staff and volunteers are welcoming and super friendly, and do not mind the questions that come with this activity. The owners are approachable and I love running into them to have some chit chat. You truly feel like part of the family here. I cannot suggest them enough! Good prices, amazingly reasonable schedules with several options to pick from if your child, or yourself! has other activities.
