Now that we want to use it, they refused to accommodate because we asked for it past their given date". We lost that money. Not flexible or understanding at all. I would not recommend to family or friend."

I would not rent from this company, they did not fulfill the order properly were not helpful in fixing the matter and ignored me once I asked for my money to be returned until after my event. Table clothes were not the right size and stained and I did not receive the knives that I ordered. This was only a small order, so essentially the entire order was wrong!!

Totally Covered has been a live saver for my two businesses during this pandemic. When I needed tents put up over my two patios and William's and The Coop, they were there within 24 hours. Sheila and Christian were very kind to a struggling restaurateur and applied a discount to my invoice. When I needed tents at William's, for our band shows, they were promptly put up. When a band didn't have lights for their show, Christian was putting them up within half and hour. The pergola that is at William's, was built by Christian and friends. In one day, during a thunder storm. We could only close for a day, and sure enough, the job was completed. This couple that own and operate this business, have been hit extremely hard during this pandemic. They have lost 80 percent of their revenue. They continue to do a fantastic job, serving this community during these stressful times.

I booked chairs for my event through this company, paid my deposit and went about my business looking for another company who offered harvest tables & tent draping or a tent liner as this company does not. Two weeks following my booking I emailed back and asked to add some dishware and a few round tables with linens to my reservation, thinking I would give more business to this local family owned company. A couple days later I was met with a phone call. I was told that he didn’t want to rent me dishes if I was using other vendors as things end up lost or broken, that’s fine. I was under the impression that as the renter I would pay for lost or broken items anyway, but sure not a problem. He then told me that he was cancelling my reservation for the chairs because he didn’t want them used under someone else’s tent. He stated he wanted to keep them for people who were renting his big tents. Although it seemed like a foolproof way to bully me into renting one of his tents, it did not work. So beware, if you want to rent items from this “rental company” – don’t mention you are renting a tent elsewhere as they will become passive aggressive and cancel on you. Perhaps if they had nicer tent options and harvest tables, which have been a wedding trend for 5 years now, I would’ve been able to rent from them. I only gave them 2 stars as Sheila was very nice corresponding via email and providing me with different quotes. Its really too bad this didn't work out as we had two other events requiring rentals and were prepared to use this company's services, however we will be taking our business elsewhere from now on in fear of having our reservations cancelled for no reason.

We used Totally Covered for a family oriented corporate party to rent a 50x20 tent, some tables and chairs. Christian showed up well in advance and worked with us for best placement of the tent and got to work setting everything up. The event was a success and the tent was a hit with the guests shielding them from the hot sun. Tear down again was done on time and professionally removed with no damage to property. Would highly recommend this local family owned business if you need a tent and party supplies!

The gentlemen who I picked the order up seemed quite pleasant. However, this is where the positive experience with this company ended. Upon returning home, my wife looked at the order and noticed the knives were missing. She immediately emailed the company and was told we could come back and pick up the missing part of our order - this seemed a bit strange as they were the ones that made the error. My wife explained that we weren't able to as we were preparing for our daughters event the following morning. We were essentially told too bad, they can't help. Again, this seemed odd as the mistake was theirs and they were making no effort to rectify the situation. Also odd was that as soon as my wife notified them of the error they immediately accepted our E-transfer payment (I wonder why??). My wife tried explaining to them that the mistake was theirs and that they should deliver the missing part of the order. The following day, when setting up out tables, we discovered that the table clothes were stained. At this point it was too late to do anything about it and based on conversations from the previous day is was obvious that customer service is not high on their priority list. So, we couldn't use the table covering or the silverware. Probably worth noting, that was out entire order - so we couldn't use any of their stuff that we paid to rent. When we asked for a refund they flat out said no. NEVER use this company if you want to receive an complete order and linens that are clean. If you like missing things and stains on your white table clothes then these are the folks for you! I suggest theses folks do a bit of reading on customer service and satisfaction. If I could give zero stars I most certainly would.
