I want to leave no start if I could. I usually do not leave reviews, but I feel I have to say something about this place to help others avoid making the same mistakes I did. In short words, do NOT go there!My partner and I drove two hours to get there, not only didn’t we get to do the ultrasound test, but we were also treated coldly and disrespectfully. The staff there did not give clear instructions or any helping advice for the patient, they expect everyone come there to be perfectly ready like robots. They do their work just because they have to do it, but not for helping people in need. The staff are rude and selfish, they blame patients for not following their instructions which were NOT given clearly!I wish I could have read the reviews before going there. There is a reason why there are so many BAD comments about this place! If you are also looking for a place to do the ultrasound test, I sincerely advise you to AVOID this place!

I wish I had checked all the reviews. Was there for an ultrasound but found the technician to be rough and inconsiderate and asked if I wanted her to stop! The first part took only 2 minutes and the second part was painful. She sparing used the gel, gave me only a very small cover sheet. In the past, I always went to MSH but due to the urgency, I went here and regret it! Poor quality of service and inadequate supplies.I can only hope she did a thorough job and not missed any anything!I really miss the higher standards of MSH.

I had a good experience with booking a last minute appointment with Nata and the technologist was friendly and professional. They are quite busy so I had to wait over thirty minutes for my appointment.

I was a bit apprehensive given the bad reviews on here, and I don't leave reviews often, but I have to say I had a great experience.From everyone I dealt with on the phone, to the tech and even the student, they were all lovely. I had a very early appointment for an anatomical ultrasound and was greeted by the receptionist. I never got the name of my ultrasound technician, but she was so pleasant and asked me throughout if I was ok. The student was also very engaged and happy to point out baby's features.It's a real shame when a few bad apples spoil the bushel.

Inconsiderate and cold. Do not come! I would give 0 stars if I could!We drove all the way from Kitchener only to be told to book another appointment. We followed all the procedures and were on time (we were here at 2:00 for a 2:30 appointment), but still didn't complete the test because my partner's body reacts differently. When asked if they could wait for a little longer, we were told that they close at 3:00 sharp. The receptionist keeps complaining about the patients being late due to traffic. Yeah they didn't do anything WRONG, just extremely cold and inconsiderate!!!

Pathetic service. We called to book for a test which is normally done together. These people didn’t bother to mention that they don’t have another test which should’ve done with a doctor. As patients we are so helpless, as we have to leave our work to come from Oshawa to markham. Health care is becoming so inconvenient for these incompetent employees like LATA. They are rude as well.

Just realized my last review was using my Google employee account, but I will leave a second 1-star review (that's how badly we were treated). My partner was left actually CRYING in the clinic although it is not her fault, while everyone else is just sitting there, indifferent and cold.The lady after us was also treated badly and scolded for being late. The receptionist was extremely rude on the phone and talked in a condescending and impatient manner. I could never understand why anyone would blame and belittle their customer!! Maybe we as customers have never been to this area. Maybe the traffic was bad. Maybe it is our first time. We do not know your speciality and that's why we asked for help! Not to be disrespected!No one deserved to be belittled or blamed or scolded like that.

I was worried after reading poor reviews but I had a very pleasant experience here today. Reception was very kind and checked me in promptly. The facility is top notch and very nicely decorated. The ultrasound tech was also very kind and showed me the baby at the end and pointed out all the important features. I went for a 12 week NT scan. The lifelabs close by makes this a perfect location! You do have to pay for parking though.

Clean space and friendly front desk staff. Very thorough with the ultrasound I got done. Giving it a 3 star to share and remind ultrasound techs, especially the one that did my ultrasound to please be careful with your indirect questions. They were insinuating and judgemental. I left the office feeling uneasy about my own health and the health of my baby without you even sharing any details about the ultrasound. Please as a reminder be kind with our words. You don't know me so please don't judge me.

Reading some of the reviews caused me to reconsider if I wanted to come here to do my test, but because it’s the closest one to me, I didn’t have a choice. What I will say is that I had a pretty good experience considering my appointment was super early in the morning; greeted so well by the receptionist and was taken good care of.The feedback people have definitely was taken and implemented because it was definitely a good experience compared to what I have read online— they’re definitely taking the steps to change that. I say, a really good progress.
