I was very pleased with my experienced at Chanel Calgary store with the help of Ginger. She was very nice, super friendly and helpful. Ginger has a very calming voice and I dont feel rush in buying. Knowledgeable about the product and gives ideas on how to wear the bag in different ways. Highly recommend her if you want to enjoy your shopping experience at Chanel.

Chanel Calgary store is amazing. Natasha provides exceptional customer service. She is so knowledgeable with Chanel products and provide useful advice according to my needs. I will for sure come back to this store again.

It is my very first negative google review. I had 3 items in mind to purchase and visited this noon. The security/usher woman asked if I was looking for someONE and I said I am looking for someTHING instead. There was no customer inside but she asked me to wait for 2-3 minutes. When I was finally allowed in the store, I asked the SA about the availability of one of the items I was looking for and she said “No” with a pretentious smile. No other word, just one word: No. So I asked again, nothing at all? and her answer was the same. One word answer, no. Did not offer any alternative and even willing to attempt a sale. While I was leaving, I saw the shoes I wanted to purchase and for a second, I was tempted to ask for my size, but I no longer wanted to make any purchase there. I did not bother to ask about 2 other items I had in mind and left. It was not my first Chanel store I visited but it will be my last time visiting this particular location. I was trying to take advantage of good exchange rate but it is not worth even visiting here.

Chanel Canada is a complete embarrassment. Their product available is the only Chanel around the world that’s so low and that never comes back for months. Not to mention the whats the point of having a website when the hours are 9-5?!? No other Chanel around the world has such horrible online hours. How are customers suppose to receive help when you offer ridiculous hours?? You look at any other company ex: Sephora and they have almost 24hr customer care for their website. Lastly, Canada is the only Chanel that doesn’t do customer transactions for their customers if needed. #Chanelcanada your product stock for makeup and skin, online hours service support, and order placement is complete garbage. It’s 2023 you should be up to date with technology by having your staff place orders online and have realistic customer service hours!! Do better Chanel Canada!!

Very bad experience for several times. All the staff here hides trending sellers for their friend costumers, especially Chinese staff here. If you go here without these ‘connections’ they won’t bother to talk to you, and you will find nothing worth. This Chanel branch needs to shut down. All they need is a so-called “Calgary Chanel WeChat Group” to sell their goods, they can do this totally online. Please let other lux brands come to Holt Renfrew.

Beautiful pieces...it’s an investment. If you are looking for something specific, it’s a good idea to work with a sales associate and let them know what you are looking for. The collection is always changing, and sometimes it can be hard to get exactly what you are looking for. Natasha is fantastic and the best there, highly recommend working with her. She’s knowledgeable, down to earth, patient and so friendly.

I came into the store looking for brooches/pins as well as belts and received terrible customer service from Kenneth. He was very rude and did not fully help me with anything. I asked him if they had any other belts in store, and he said no. However, I saw that there were more on the shelves nearby. I expect the workers at a store like Chanel to be very polite and willing to provide the best quality customer service. Why should I have to experience such a negative attitude while shopping, especially at such a luxury/designer store?

I started shopping with Natasha since 2020. I’ve never been more satisfied. She always gets to know my lifestyle and needs before giving me the best recommendations from her knowledge. I’ve found a few dream items with Natasha. Hoping more to come in the future!

If you want to experience top notch luxury experience, I will recommend you to ask for Natasha. She is one of the most friendly person I met. Also very professional and full of product knowledge. She only tell you what is best for you, not pushy at all. It’s always fun to visit the store.
