Despite living in Mexico, I have come to Alex twice this year for servicing 8 watches. He has done the work each time while I shopped for 20 minutes in FM. His prices are excellent, the watches are returned with all settings current, and he gives honest assessments of what you bring in for service. One 1990s watch hadn't run in over 15 years and a repair" in a Port Orchard shop was quoted at $125 in 2006. He got that watch and four other watches running for $150 including new batteries. Transparent pricing for all the fixes this person does, this person helped fix my watch and was happy to do so. This person seems to love the craft of his work and does a very excellent job at what he does. I highly recommend going here to get your watch fixed or your band fitted correctly. Just a heads up this store is located inside the Fred Meyers in the jewelry department!

Okay. This place is awesome. I live in the Woodinville - Redmond area and there are very few places to get watch repair done in that area. I work in Fremont and this place is super convenient. Brought in two watches, one needed a new battery, the other a new band. In and out in < 20 minutes at a reasonable price. Helpful staff.

Alex did such a wonderful job getting my watch up and running. It was left to me but my late grandmother and over 100 years old. I had tried to take it to several watch repair shops around Seattle but no one would even attempt to work on it because they claimed they wouldn't be able to warranty it. I kept trying to explain that I didn't care, it wasn't worth that much to me if I couldn't get it to even run! Alex was willing to determine my options which were to buy the antique replacement parts for the old wind up movement inside but informed me that the risk of it not working for very long were high and that I would have to wind it every day that I wanted to wear it--not super practical. The alternative he provided was to replace the old movement with a battery inside, make the necessary repairs and enjoy a practical watch which ideally will work until it needs a new battery. I have since LOVED wearing this watch and thinking of my grandmother each day, it seems to be running well and it's just a dusty relic I have to store. Would recommend his expertise again and again!

Alex changed the batteries for four watches (including obscure brands and makes), resized one and cleaned another, all in less than 30 minutes, for a very reasonable price. Very glad to have him in the neighborhood.

Fair priced, no frills, and very responsive. I came in one early afternoon and the gentleman(Alex?) was able to check my watch on the spot. Turned out to be a simple battery replacement, but he gave a thorough examination before replacing the battery and water-pressure testing it afterwards. I had barely finished checking my email on my phone (and browsing some watches nearby in the jewelry store--thankfully nobody tried selling me any!), when he said it was done. Great, fast service! Highly recommended. Would definitely return.
