Stitch It Clothing Alterations
Good, prompt service, ready ahead of schedule. The only fault I find, is that their pricing scale is not varied enough, leaving the seamstress to guess at what to charge. I paid more for the alteration than what I paid for the garment.

Asked for a patch to cover from behind. Instead I get this horrible stitching job. Staff was friendly and service was quick...you can see why. Not happy at all.

Stitch It Clothing Alterations
I called Stitch it today to inquire about needing an appointment fitting for my bridesmaids dress, in an emergency. The employee Katie, without knowing any details or seeing the dress and that I already have all materials, promptly said there was no way she could get me in and no recommendation for another seamstress and just to “google it”. Now I’m crying in my car. Really poor experience

Very rude and disregarded what we wanted for the pants. She cut the pants smaller than the sample pant and did a very bad job.

the lady who took my request was incredibly sweet and accommodating. She did an awesome job at altering a skirt to fit me smaller. Will definitely be a customer again!

The experience was lovely! Katie is absolutely amazing, I took a couple dresses there for her to alter into two piece sets and she did a fantastic job!! A bit pricey but you’re getting your monies worth! Would highly recommend again :)

Helpful & efficient. Often exceed my expectations with their timing and quality of work. One time they repaired a finger of my glove at no cost because it only was a small job. Those perks all keep me being a repeat customer.

I had a fantastic experience at Stitch It in Regent Mall. The two ladies working there are pros, they are so efficient and very skilled. I could hear them talking with other customers while I was getting fitted and I was impressed with both their turnaround time and the amount of alterations they do in a day! I brought in a bridesmaid dress to have the straps swapped thinking I would pick it up in a couple weeks, but it was ready just three hours later. They really did a wonderful job switching the straps and I am thrilled with my dress. I hope they are paid well! Thanks so much, I will definitely be back.
