As others have pointed out the owner/guy behind the counter is despicable. I'm in my 70's and was trying to return 4 Amazon packages. I was told just to leave them on the counter and go before they had been logged into the system. I tried to take a picture of my parcels and he started yelling, threatening me. I tried explaining I was not taking a picture of his store just my parcels. I've never been treated so rudely or violently.Jug City needs to rethink this guys franchise agreement.I will never return there and will never go into any Jug City store if this is the quality franchisee they partner with.

Man working there (owner I’m guessing) is so so so rude and genuinely scary. I went once to buy gum and he yelled at me and kicked me out of his store. 1 year later, I went for a purolator pick-up, completely forgot that was the same convenience store… walked in and noticed his rude behaviour and immediately remembered it was the same spot and the same guy. I don’t know how he’s still in business

This is worst place .The owner in this place is very rude and doesn’t know how yo behave to people.I have never had a bad experience like this . I went there to take copies of my certificate and he was looking at my documents.Also went there enquire about a return amazon package and he was so rude.Those who went there will understand.Please note - convenience store in Ritson and Taunton

Owner is insanely rude. Would not give me my purolator package despite having all relevant identification, citing that they were closed despite his store being open. The kicker was that he was racist towards me and made fun of how I look. Try to avoid this place at all cost. I would give zero stars if I could.

Extremely rude man working in this store...tried to pick up a package and was ignorant from the beginning. Yelling at a customer is unacceptable. If this guy is the owner he should be ashamed of himself and must not want business as there are alot of reviews stating all this. Will never step foot in there again. Don't waste your time. He's not even worth 1 star.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would horrible experience the guy who owns the place is just there for a money grab has no respect, avoid at all costs I went in to return an Amazon package and he was just being a rude person

The shop keeper is friendly and has helpful nature . Good customer service. Had taken U-Haul service and the van was very new with 1400 km on it. Best service

The store doesn't open at 10 am, which I learned while talking to 5 people standing outside the store waiting for someone to show up and start the business while many others are waiting in the car. Sadly I had to visit the store because my purolator package was dropped here. Save your time and visit a different store.
