Strawberry Milkshake is AWESOME!! Highly recommended! Burgers are freshly made, taste fantastic! The staff are all very nice and friendly. I will definitely come again!

Very big burgers, I did not get to finish mine. Has a good selection of vegetarian burgers as well. Service was so good, guy in the counter was so nice and checked on us if the food was good or if we need anything. I forgot my bag too on the way out and the staff chased after us to give it back... will definitely be back again! I loved their deep fried pickles, best Ive tried so far!

Today is my first time eating out at Fatburger, and it has been the best experience I've had at a burger restaurant. I could barely decide which burger would be my first burger lol the food was so good! And filling! The staff are great and they keep the place clean. Overall experience is #1 for me.

Updated May 1/2023I feel it necessary to bring this to your attention. Yesterday April 30, my daughter and her boyfriend placed a phone order with the Rougeau Location for 2 Impossible burgers- Vegan, an order of fries and a drink, Total cost 33.00. When they arrived at my home they realized that the burgers had cheese on them and that they could not eat them as they are strict vegans. After calling the restaurant and having to deal with a very difficult person on the phone it was agreed that they would remake the burgers. When we arrived at the restaurant we were told that they would not remake the order as they reviewed" the video and that they made the order correct. I am not sure what video they reviewed as the order was placed over the phone. After much back and forth with no resolution we ended up getting the manager on the phone and he said he reviewed the "video" and his staff did not make an error

Had high hopes for Fat Burger. But honestly. I left disappointed and dissatisfied. The food was fresh, yet lacked flavour. The burger was alright. Bacon over cooked. Onion rings were extremely bland and lacked any seasoning. At the time their pop machine was not carbonating their drinks.I spent $35 for a two person lunch and left not wanting to come back. I should have went elsewhere.

As I sit here with my family, we are greeted again by the manager. Always asks us how everything is and if he can get us anything else. Since we started coming here, we have been warmly greeted. The food is exceptional and high quality. Staff are so friendly and appreciate compliments. And in all honesty I get my burgers lettuce wrapped and this has been the only restaurant that actually knows what lettuce wrapped is. Not just a few pieces on the burger or under the burger like some places. This is an actual lettuce wrapped burger. Thank you for this!!! I give this location 5 stars.
