Regarding Honda Pilot 2021 purchase experience:My journey with Orangeville Honda has started with nice experience as Kim has helped me to get what I was looking for at a good price. I appreciate that she understands the customer's needs, and fully support them through the process.And here is where a true journey with Honda and Orangeville Honda dealership has started:Honda Pilot 2021 was delivered on time as promised - shiny, clean and ready for adventures.At the time of pickup, I've noticed that the Rear Entertainment system has some scratches on the sensors (please see the pictures). They've tried fixing them, but they are still there.I've been enjoying the car until 500km when Clicking/ Popping sound has started coming from the speakers - disappointed that it has been an ongoing issue for 3 years for Pilot, Passport, Odyssey and it has not been fixed by the manufacturer.I was driving with my family to Niagara Falls and it had started, so we couldn't use the Rear Entertainment system and all Audio options would stop working right away or after some time.I've been driving the car with annoying Clicking/ Popping sound for 1.5 weeks until September 7th when the repair was scheduled. As a workaround, we had to use Bluetooth speakers, so we can somehow enjoy our last trip this season to Bruce Peninsula National Park (3 hours drive).On September 7th Tuesday, the technician told us that the initial repair didn't fix the problem and the other parts (connectors/ cables) needed to be replaced, which may take days.It took 3 days to get the other parts required and get it fixed.On September 10th Friday, I came to pick up the car and noticed that the front mats were so dirty probably from the technician boots, then checked the interior and the dirt and dust were all over the place - you couldn't sit and drive in this condition.Kim and Haley have taken some pictures and arranged the exterior and interior cleanup, so I had to come back next day (spending again 1 hour driving from Alliston to Orangeville and back).I've come to pick up the vehicle next day and:One more thing is that 3rd mats and seats weren't cleaned (please see the picture). I recognize that it's the same dirt as it was on front mats left by the technician. Also the dust from the shop was still on 3rd row and around. Kim and Haley have cleaned it for me.Also, I've noticed that the front left ventilation frame has minor scraches and the glossy black moulding has noticeable scratch - done by the technician while fixing Clicking/ Popping sound issue (please see the picture).Joe has offered me an interior detailing for free and I still have to come in and see what they can do for scratches.Here is my experience with Honda and Orangeville Honda dealership so far.I'm not sure how you can recommend Honda and Orangeville Honda dealership after such experience.* UPDATES 2021-10-19 *I've just noticed that the center console is not fully assembled (see the last 2 pictures). It definitely needs to be fixed.

Honestly if I could give a zero star that’s what this place would get.A few months back I was looking for a car. Told sales person I don’t want any pressure sales and that I was under enough pressures. He told me he has one car but I have to take it today because he had a line up for it. I knew from that moment I wouldn’t buy from this place. Fast forward a couple days and k ended up falling in love with a car at another Honda dealership. I went and purchased it (with no pressure sale)Today I had a flat. I knew I had warranty on the tires so I called up the dealership when they thought I needed to buy a new tire they said no problem ans right away started with oh I may need 2. Then when I said no I have warranty I was put on hold right away. Stayed on hold for about 15 mins. A new person came on the phone and said oh we won’t be able to fit u in. I said ever??? She said not until after june 20th. I replied I don’t think I can drive on the donut that long. She said ya well that’s all we have unless u want to just drop it and leave it and we may or may not be able to fit it in between other jobs. I said absolutely not and called the Stouffville location. I have my car booked in tomorrow under warranty with them. Orangeville u need to take some lessons from stouffville!!Will never recommend or use Orangeville location ever!!!!!

**BE AWARE**The Worst experience anyone can ever have with buying a car would be Orangeville Honda.Very unprofessional.They have very different attitude when selling a car and after that will not even let you know that you car has been sold to some other person.Gary the sales person not picking up the calls.Mary the finance Manager will make fake statements. I recommend everyone not to visit this place if you want to make your car buying experience a good one.
