I contacted 519 when I was suddenly in need of residential snow removal. Tyler responded ASAP. He addressed all my immediate needs and offered options for the rest of the winter. He did such a thorough job and his price was very reasonable. I can honestly say he's one of the most professional and personable young men that I've ever dealt with.

Can’t say enough about this company. We are a new client and have had their winter service and it was exceptional. Our side walks, drive way we’re always clear when we opened our business and through out the day. They recently did their spring clean up and our property has never looked better. 519 Property Maintenance is a very professional run company. You can tell immediately when talking to the owner who is both knowledgeable and ready to go the extra mile to please his customers. The price couldn’t be beat, and quality of work done was top notch. Most property maintenance companies are quick when completing their work; 519 went over certain areas of my lawn a couple more times to ensure the job was done right regardless of the time taken. Tyler, the owner, also has a vast knowledge of property maintenance and took the time to share some tips on how to improve my lawn. I highly recommend 519 Property Maintenance and I will be calling them again next year!

Tyler and team did a fabulous job with the snow removal at our home this winter. They had both driveways and the sidewalk cleared each day before we left for work, and even shovelled the porch and steps. We appreciate that we paid by the amount of snow and the rates were very reasonable. We will defiantly use them again.

We are so pleased with the service provided by 519 Property Maintenance. They have gone above and beyond maintaining our farm property, and even mow alongside our ditch and surrounding our mailbox- places we never ever thought to mow before but makes so much difference in the appearance as you approach the property. Highly recommend

They did a great job of our spring clean up of our large yard. Lawn cutting looks great!
