Excellent experience with London Marble. Did our ensuite bath with a marble undermount tub joined to a 3' X 5' marble shower with a seat and custom glass doors. I love the undermounted tub because there is no edge or hump on the deck to have to slide over to get into the tub. Marble deck makes it so easy and safe to get in and out of tub. The marble tub's design is so comfortable I feel like it was custom made for my body. I love the manufactured marble. Solid like quartz and beautiful colour and finish. Cleaning is minimal because there are NO GROUT LINES!!! Worth every penny!!! Very professional to deal with--from Trish at the showroom to Ziggy and his assistant doing a perfect installation. Arrived as scheduled and cleaned up spotlessly. Only one problem...we sold our house with this beautiful bathroom (and too many stairs) to buy a lovely one-floor midcentury ranch with bathrooms that all need remodels. So .....London Marble will be getting my business again.

Avoid this product! Our first acrylic tub cracked and was replaced personally by the owner, Ziggy. Now the second tub creaks due the seals breaking. Ziggy will not return our calls despite the promise that he would always stand by his product. Acrylic tubs do not hold the warmth of the hot water so the bath water turns cold quickly. We always dry the tub and shower install out after every use.

We run a local Design/Build renovation firm and have always had a great experience with London Marble. We have worked with this team for decades and have never had any issues. Top quality product matched with amazing customer service and support. I always recommend this team and am always thanked for the referral to them. I am actually about to order a base for our personal home and am very excited! :)
