Taylor and the team at Ming Shine did an absolutely stunning job with my car. It’s 17 years old and the paint now looks brand new! I got a paint correction, ceramic coating, PPF, and PDR done and it all turned out great. Taylor went into great detail with me and was very helpful throughout the entire process. I’ve got another car that could use a detail. I’ll definitely be bringing it here to get that done.

Recently had a paint correction/power polish service as well as hail damage repair to my hood. I had a new hood in my cart ready to checkout and have it repainted when Taylor said they could repair it for me and save the hassle of body shops. He was NOT WRONG! This is every day stuff for Ming and they’ve been around forever so I wasn’t worried about the workman ship. I am pleasantly happy. This review needs to include Taylor, the fella greeting you at arrival. He diligently follows up with you throughout the day and his honest approach made my experience a good one. As a first time customer, I can tell you, I absolutely WILL be back!!! Highly recommend from start to finish.

Taylor worked his magic and made my 2016 Mercedes look like a brand new vehicle again. Good price and service. Highly recommend!

April 17,2023 had Ming Shine north location install Feynlab Heal Plus Lifetime Warranty.I can’t say enough good things about how they handled my car. They did a really good job. They were able to get swirl marks out on the clear coat, along with making my car shine like glass.I would highly recommend, yes a tad expensive, but you get what you pay for here and it’s worth every penny!

I brought my SUV in to get some deep scratches removed. Taylor did an exceptional job, and was a pleasure to deal with. He was alone in the shop, and still managed to provide great service despite other priorities/jobs that required his attention. He is knowledgeable and patient as I asked a slew of questions. My vehicle looks like new. In the future I will only come to Taylor and will recommend Ming to my family and friends due to Taylor’s excellent work.

I could never say enough about Ming’s service or their products that I've used over the last 24 years! I’ve been using Ming since 1998. With that first truck (photos below are from when I sold it at 7 years old), the total count is 5 vehicles including my current, brand new, 2022 Tucson PHEV (Photos below). It's been more than 5 vehicles if you include other family and friends who were convinced when I showed them the results with my own vehicles. My current, longest, still in the family, is a 2014 Ford Escape that looks like new, and the 3M Expel is only 1 or 2 very small spots from being perfect. Photos below are of the day I took it to our daughter in August 2020. 6 years old!! She still has it. It still looks great. (I hope the photos posted don't get down graded in quality. Seeing is believing.) Now with the new formula Ming has, I’m expecting my new Tucson to be beautiful for a very long time. Ming all the way!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION FOR EVERYONE AND EVERY VEHICLE!! I write this review because Mark (expert service and shop assistant manager) and Taylor (Sales and Shop Office Manager) have an innate high level of integrity, expertise and professionalism that is becoming rarer across industries. These two young men have a great future ahead of them because their internal moral compass and level of honesty will take them far in life. ALL the employees that I met while waiting were as well cordial and professional with a smile - GREAT TEAM!I dropped by the downtown Ming Shine yesterday (June 29th) to inquire about rock chips (I tried to fill them myself with the dealer pen but the result wasn't professional looking). After speaking with Mark and Taylor I decided to come back today and have them work on the chips. Overnight I googled their website to see what other services they offered.Taylor was kind enough to make some suggestions when I was in this morning (June 30th), and I decided on the Highway Paint Protection film (PFF Highway Pkg.)I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT EVERYONE has at very least the Highway Paint Protection film (PFF Highway Pkg.) on their vehicles - I will leave it to the EXPERT TAYLOR to explain to you why that package is essential for everyone.In the future, I look forward to having MORE services done at Ming Shine ONLY BECAUSE of my ABOVE EXEMPLARY interaction with Mark and Taylor.Thanks guys, and I hope The Lord opens many doors of growth in your life!

Brought my brand new GMC AT4X in for 3M and ceramic coat.Taylor and the team at Northside Ming did a fantastic job! They noticed a problem with overspray on the truck's paint from factory. They not only fixed the problem but also communicated with the dealer themselves in regards to billing for the extra work performed.Outstanding craftsmanship and customer service! Highly recommended!
