Overall quick and responsive.... BUT, when installing my wall oven they made a very noticeable scratch on the stainlesd black finish. I provided photographs of the oven when delivered and after the install as evidence, but they absolutely denied that they could possible have scratched it.And then billed me over$700 for the service.Every other aspect of the service was excellent, but if they damage your appliance, forget about them admitting fault.They told me to call the manufacturer to arrange for a replacement!
