If you are in need of a bipap or a cpap machine i would suggest you go else where...there are a lot of company's in the kingston area the lend them to you for free on trial prescriptions. K02 told me today and I quote we do not lend out the bipap machine because we don't make enough money off them when we sell them" obviously to them it is all just about money...sadly instead of really being about peoples health. I guess they are not thinking about the long term relationship that they just missed out on... there are plenty of supplies associated with the machine that they would of made there precious money on. Strongly suggest you look at a place that is will to lend the trial for free a company that is not so worried about profits and more on peoples health!"

I am so upset with this company. After one month of trial on CPAP I was sold a machine of a lesser quality as the one on trial was not available, then sold the wrong size mask. This probably would not have been such an issue if this sale had not occurred on a Friday and the whole business shuts down for the weekend no emergency help. This was an emergency for me as I was leaving the country on the Monday for a month! I cannot breath properly at night without this CPAP.Luckily Medigas was open on a Saturday morning. They were extremely helpful and available. Very kind, despite the fact that i had not purchased my machine with them they refitted my mask and exchanged the correct size for me so that I could leave on the Monday for a month with the right CPAP fittings. Being able to sleep during the holiday was huge. My file hopefully has been transferred to Medigas.In reply to the the owner.I feel that for urgent issues with a new client that someone should be available through your after hours service. On call would be sufficient for me to get my point across and receive some help. I do not feel that i am inacurate my assessment of the service provided or the quality of the machine I was advised to purchase. I am however very grateful that my file has been transferred.

I've not had to use them often, but when I have, they have been superb. Fast, polite and prices are low! Delivery is free, as is pickup if you are renting an item. Today I needed a blood pressure monitor, Shopper's lowest price was $139, walmart was sold out. They were $65

I was prepared for an expensive service call to fix my mother's lift chair but Mark suggested I try another fix and it worked like a charm. Hats off to the staff at KO2, they are all polite and helpful and obviously care about their customers and do a great job all around.

Called them up after surgery and had all the assistive devices by the end of the day. Later I needed another walker for the second floor and had it delivered within hours. Good service!
