I own multiple commercial properties and I use these Air Tech to handle all of my service and installation projects. I've been in this business for a long time and I've dealt with a lot of people that are very unreliable and unprofessional. The team at Air Tech have made me a life long customer through outstanding professionalism and quick response to all of my needs. They've helped me out of a pinch on numerous occasions, and the knowledge they bring to every job and situation gives me great piece of mind. They truly are the best HVAC company in the Golden Horseshoe.

Highly recommend this company. They are professional and do an amazing job. Had a gas line installed for a BBQ, i asked them on site to hook up my oven and dryer and they said no problem. Everything was done to the highest of standards. I also use them for commercial properties and nothing changes in terms of quality and workmanship. All the employees that i have dealt with have also been amazing in explaining the work being done and sharing information about HVAC. Will definitely continue to use them.

“Amazing Customer Service”I hired Air Tech to replace my furnace they showed up on time there price was more then reasonable! The owner was onsite at the beginning and the end of the job to make sure I was happy with the service I knew exactly what was going on they explained the process to me in detail before the job began! The work area was actually cleaner when they left then it was before they started the job! What more could you ask for. I’ve been a property manager for almost 15 years and I have been using Air Tech since day one. They are always available for me and I get the most affordable products with the best turnaround time. They’ve had the same staff for several years which shows that it’s a great place to work. As well you get to know the technicians and build a trusting relationship with all the services they provide. Most of the time I don’t even need to be there. They have access to lockboxes with keys and I can trust that everything will be repaired and cleaned before they leave. I wouldn’t use anyone else.

The technician was knowledgeable and very courteous. He cleaned the work area when he was done the job unlike other contractors I have used. The price was reasonable. The job was done on time. I found them very reliable. I would certainly recommend this business.

We have used Air tech for all of our heating and cooling needs. We have had them install a heating system, new air conditioning system and also a new hot water tank in our previous home. In our new home we have called them to install an a/c unit, install a new thermostat, install a gas line to our bbq and repair and optimize ventilation in our finished basement. This is our “go to” company for anything to do with heating and cooling. They are very responsive, they do quality work for a reasonable price and always go above and beyond when getting the job done. I would highly recommend them!

I was having problems with my hot water heater, I contacted Air Tech for some advice on the repair left my name and number and issue I was having with a staff member, Chris Returned my call within the hour said he had an idea what the issue Was and he happen to have a spare part on hand and made time for me went out of his way to come and fix my problem so I had hot water! Problem was fixed within 2 hours of contacting this company! He also did some maintenance on my furnace at the same time!Great customer service! Was surprised with my bill I paid for the service and repair I required with no hidden fees or after hours fees or anything like that! Will be using this company for all my HVAC needs in the future!
