Impeccable and excellent service. Stéphane Comtois is professional, punctual, very knowledgeable and friendly. He quickly fixed the issue (whilst explaining clearly what he was doing every step of the way), and offered his advice on many other electricity matters for the remaining hour (which were not the reason of my initial service call). I strongly recommend Voltcom Inc., and will for sure call them next time (whether for a residential electricity project or an urgency). Reasonable and competitive prices as well.

Great service. The technician was friendly and arrived on time. Worked quickly and fixed the issue I was having and explained everything really well. Also added an extra outlet on the spot. Would definitely recommend!

I don’t leave reviews often but Stephane was very impressive. Found our problem and fixed our circuits and changed the outlet all in half an hour. He was extremely kind and well mannered.

HIGHLY recommended! Stephane was obviously a master electrician. He installed two lights over my island efficiently and beautifully. He answered all my questions and had very good, experienced suggestions. He was exactly on time, worked quickly, was friendly , honest and it was comfortable to have him, in my home. He may not be the cheapest, and I knew that going in - I wanted the best and that is what I got.

Great service and quick to solve an issue that turned out to be a defective breaker in our old panel. They also give great practical advice if you have an older electrical system setup in your house. I will definitely deal with them again when we are ready to change our old discontinued panel!

Excellent service from Stéphane and Voltcom. He upgraded our outdated 100amp entrance with 200amps and helped me with another project in our house that required some rewiring. Always on time, professional and courteous. Would not hesitate to contact again for future projects. Will be my go-to electrician.

Highly recommended. The electrician was professional and transparent. Everything that was done was done with purpose and he even took the time to explain various things that could save me money over time.The actual job done was to re-wire the entire bathroom. I am planning on renovating my kitchen in a few months and I can guarantee that Voltcom is getting a call for that job as well.Despite these times being ridiculously busy for electricians, never did it seem like he was in a rush to get out. He was there to do a job and was 100% focused on providing the best service possible.

Stéphane replaced a panel for us recently and all of the positive reviews here are true - he is very responsive, reliable, and knowledgeable, providing us with complete information about the repair that he was about to do. During his visit, he also mentioned there was an opportunity to take advantage of a government subsidy for installation of a heat pump / air conditioner as long as it was done before the end of the year. We had planned to do this next spring, but thanks to Stéphane we will be getting a rebate of $1,600 and are looking forward to having him back to put in this week!

Voltcom is nothing short of impressive.Competent, professional, honest and genuine. We had some repairs to baseboard units and wires to be replaced behind a concrete column and very tight space. Stephane knew exactly what the right approach was and did the job with such a great execution that we were left speechless when the job was done. The prices are reasonable and he is not out to get you but gives you a fair, professional and reliable service. I would recommend these guys any day and this is a contact to keep for sure.
