AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Despite paying for parking, still issued a ticket. Stick to private car parks.

This is a Council car park, so all fines must be paid. It's pretty close to the High Street where the main shops are. Pedestrian access is up the stairs between 1703 and Incontri, which takes you up to Bruce Street, under the road Bridge, which is an uphill road for Pedestrians, this brings you out at Tescos or out the exit/entry where you drove in. This brings you out to the West end of the High Street and one of the entrances into the Dunfermline Glen.
