this store is heaven sent :) they are always well stocked and have a super friendly & knowledgable staff who can help with just about anything. they make running my small business so much easier. highly recommend checking them out, or ordering online as they process and ship super quickly.

Amazing customer service, they always have a good amount of stock and variety, pricing is the best I've seen in Ottawa for vinyl products, and they have a big parking lot so there's never any parking issues. Only thing to watch out for is making sure you don't miss the turn or take the wrong turn to get into the right parking space for the store. The store is super neat and clean and it's really easy to find what you're looking for. I would recommend buying from them over any other craft store!

First ordered online because of their prices and shipping cost. Had a day trip to Ottawa and went into the store... wonderful store, stocked full of goodies. The owner was super helpful and full of information.
