Heather has provided outstanding service to me while getting us set up for Dish at camp and at my dad's house. She is super accommodating and helpful. She is prompt when returning calls and answers all questions. What a great local business!!

just went to the Presque Isle store to sign up for a new account. I spoke to a man named Darnell before I headed to PI from Fort Kent. He told us to come on over and they close at 5. We made it late due to traffic, about 5:10. Turns out, he waited for us! On top of that, he forgot that they changed their hours as of yesterday and it closed at 4. He stayed a whole extra hour to wait, and then another hour to set up the plan. This man stayed TWO HOURS extra! If he doesn't deserve a raise, I don't know who does. The store is clean, comfortable and inviting. If the rest of the workers are anything like Mr. Darnell, I suggest you go to that store whenever you have any electronic needs. 100% recommend. Also, give that man a raise!!!
