After dining at Wynona, we decided to try East End Vine, with excellent wine offerings. We had Champagne & Fried Chicken, Octopus, Crispy Brussels sprouts, Croquettes, Apple Cake - all delicious! Price was reasonable, excellent service, very cozy venue. Definitely a neighbourhood Gem!

Did a vegan food experience here recently for one of East End Vines theme nights. Food was excellent as was the host and service. We had had another visit late last year that was equally amazing. Great spot and an operator who is clearly passionate. My wife and I even learned a few things - I didn’t realize egg whites are used to process vine for instance. Good vibe. Highly recommend.

Best place in the city? Hidden gem? I want to keep this place all to myself, but also absolutely love what the owners are doing with it, so I feel compelled to share our thoughts. The food is amazing, the service is wonderful, the wines are so good. You will never be disappointed here. We keep on coming back whenever we have an opportunity and every time the experience just keeps on getting better. If you need a wine recommendation, just ask Ian, he is incredible.p.s. get the mushroom toast or better yet two orders of it. It's an absolute best!

My friends and I had a great time at this gem. From the service to the food everything was perfect. The owner knows his wines and will take the time to recommend you some.They were fully booked that night but were able to accommodate us in a cosy area which we loved.My friends and I ended up spending 4 hours there.The food was excellent and close to what you can find in Europe ( similar price point as well) the plates are enough to share not like other at other tapas restaurant where you have to share 1 item for 3 people.Prices very reasonable, great service and atmosphere which really remind me of my home ( France).Highly recommend booking before because it’s not a big place.

East End Vine in Leslieville is an absolute gem, deserving of a perfect 5-star rating.The oysters were impeccably fresh, expertly shucked, and accompanied by delightful sauces.The curated wine selection was outstanding, with knowledgeable staff offering excellent recommendations.The inviting ambiance and attentive service added to the overall experience. East End Vine is a top-notch destination for wine enthusiasts. A must-visit for a truly exceptional dining experience in Toronto.

Absolutely sublime and a really great time! Crispy Brussels that wow — even for sprout-haters because they’re crispy and the dill sauce is magic! Everything is designed for sharing and Ian will happily pair all with “secret treasure “ wines and daily finds. This place is an original for sure and dessert is not to be skipped!

My husband and I came for dinner and we were completely blown away. This place is like eating at a 5 star restaurant from the comfort of a cozy, stylish local wine bar. The food was incredible and the wine pairings - well, all I can say is that I never really understood wine pairings until now! It was amazing to find how the wine truly enhanced the culinary experience. If I could give this place ten stars, I would!

Had a great time on the patio with my family. Ian and team run a lovely spot with excellent bites and wines on a small but mighty menu. We had 9 plates overall for 5 people and were more than satisfied with the quality, flavours, and portions for the price. The mushroom toast and croquettes were so nice we got ‘em twice. We’ll be back!

Amazing wine bar with knowledgeable staff. The food was absolutely fantastic, be sure to ask for the dessert menu, and the staff knew every wine they had on offer and how well they would pair with each combination of dishes. Truly an incredible place to visit!

Simply an amazing local staple. The knowledge of wine that Ian exudes makes for such an enjoyable and educational experience. The food menu is small but always delicious and hits the spot. It’s impossible not to have a great time here.
