Great people and a great experience. If you have trouble gaining and maintaining momentum in your training try this place. It keeps you coming back for more and will make you sweat every time!

10 rides in.. but it only took 1 to get me hooked! If I had to only use one word to describe the experience at the Wheelhouse it would be ENERGY. From the staff, instructors to the ambience of the vault with fellow riders. I’m able to push myself much more than I would be able to in a commercial gym. Highly recommend trying at least once!

When I leave my endorphins extremely high! (even though during the workout I’m dying) I love Wheelhouse because I don’t need o be embarrassed if I’m not as good as everyone else because the lights are dimmed. My first time going the staff were awesome to me! I was a bit late and they were totally accommodating - the front staff changed my seat to closer to the door (I was so happy about this because I was embarrassed for being late) and then one of the staff came in with me to help get the shoes clicked in, show me the system and offer me water. I honestly cannot speak highly enough about this place, it is just all around really high energy and make you leave feeling GOOD.

Excellent spin classes in a fun environment! Always a really great, sweaty time with high fives, help whenever you need it, enthusiastic instructors and staff, and low light where you can get lost in the music.

Highly recommend! The best workout that doesn't make you feel insecure due to the dim lighting. The instructors are so encouraging and really push you to keep going when you think you can't anymore, they make you want to be there! The facility is extremely clean and well maintained, you can tell they take pride in their business. I've only been once so far, but I will definitely be back

Signed up for a couple of classes while in Regina to visit family. Training for Ironman I do some stationary rides on Zwift in the winter but have never been to an actual spin class. I'm not entirely sure what happened in that room - the dark, the music, the movements were nothing I've ever experienced anywhere before - but it was an incredible workout, a ton of fun and super motivating. The front desk staff and instructors were professional and super kind/supportive and the cold washcloth at the end was brilliant. Would highly recommend this place to anyone and would be regular if I was local.

I started going to this location because it's closer to where I live but now I go for the experience. The staff is so amazing, I came in late one day and they helped me fill up my water bottle so I didn't miss the ride

Great staff who have outstanding energy. The environment is clean. Prices can seem a little high at first but you get what you pay for and it’s worth it when you see results!

Went last night for my first ride, and it was great. I would definitely recommend. The atmosphere was great, the instructors were friendly and inspiring and the group of riders were very welcoming. The ride was bikes and brews, and the instructors were Jenna and Sebastian.
