Most of the staff are great. Management staff needs some work, could be friendlier and more transparent. I like the selection of treats.... Still prefer the Listowel location to Wingham any day!!! Just has a more cohesive and welcoming environment and the staff at that location usually go over and beyond to help and suggest out of the box things for my pup

The employees there were great nice and friendly. I got an email with a coupon, but they couldn't get the coupon to scan she was right on itto call and find out why. After waiting 5 mins of being on hold, she just gave me the discount, so I didn't have to wait any longer. She apologized several times for the wait, and it not working. I don't think it was her fault. I blame the ones sending out the emails. They should make sure what they send is going to work.
