Was a client for years then refused to accept my benefits because AISH coverage doesn't pay them enough. Was told I'd have to go somewhere else unless it was an emergency.

I would really like to know why the dentist is charging my mother $700 to correct a filling they did that fell out 2-3 years ago. Never in my life have i heard of 3 year-only warranties on faulty dental work. I don't expect much from dentists but i expect them to be competent at the very least, and if they are not consistently competent, I expect for them to correct their mistakes when given the chance. Instead she was met with ego and defensiveness. The interaction with reception was offensive and left her feeling like they were just trying to milk her for more $$$ while simultaneously blaming her for damaging the filling herself (I'll note: she's has never damaged/broken fillings or regressed dental work in her life before coming to 'this' dentist). I am just being honest, I'm giving 1 star because of the break-down in basic customer service when an issue that is I HOPE i so rare occurred , and instead of facing it with decency and rationality and a opportunity for customer service focus, you sent a yearslong patient away from you feeling like a) just a $ b) disappointed and frankly confused. A dentist has one job. if they can't stand by their work or the products they use or get sponsored to use for longer than 3 years, than at least have the decency to tell customers the moment they walk in the door... like not hidden in the grey...like literally tell them to their face with eye contact... all our work is only guaranteed for the lifespan of like

Dr. Allidina and his team are honestly amazing! They make your experience once that eases you if you fear the dentist. I needed a root canal done and I can't say anything but great things. Highly recommend going to Bearspaw Dental for anything dental related.

Fantastic practice, I’d recommend to anyone! Jennifer was so lovely and patient. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and diligently cleaned my teeth. Dr Allidina was also very thorough with his work - grateful to have found a practice as such. It’s nice to be in a place where customer service is exceptional.

The BEST dentist I have been to hands down. Dr. Allidina is amazing. I have had a lot of dental work done in my life (braces, fillings, broken tooth etc) and I used to HATE going to the dentist because I had some bad experiences with treatment, and dentists trying to up sell me things I couldn't afford. Not once has this ever happened at Bearspaw. The hygienists are on time every time, and Dr Allidina is gentle, he listens and he has never made me feel rushed. I actually like going into this dental office because Shelley is great, and everyone else is friendly. I tell everyone I know how great Dr Allidina is and recommend Bearspaw to everyone.

Dr. Amyn Allidina has a gift! I have had everything from cleanings, to root canals and a crown. All his work is seamless and he has a great attention to detail and patient comfort. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and very accommodating to my busy schedule. With direct billing it keeps my visits simple and stress free. I would recommend his clinic to everyone looking for the complete package in dental care.

We love it here! Our family with 3 young children landed at Bearspaw Dental Clinic after trying a few other SW dental offices, and we are here to stay. The staff are wonderful: they are kind and interested in children and are committed to client-centered service. Further, I trust the judgment of staff who take time to review your exam results with you and because they don't push you to get work done that you don't need. This is a wonderful example of a client-centered business committed to ethical business practices. If you are looking for a de test, come here!
