As good as drug stores can get. Clean and friendly staff!

Good morning my lovelies :)I enjoy Lawtons, its a staple in the community and its generally a trusthworthy name. However, not all locations carry the same quality in their stores, and this is one of the lower end ones, mostly due to the staff on the store side of things. The lady at the makeup counter is wonderful, shes been there for at least a decade, and is always super friendly and helpful and i never leave there without exactly what i need.The store side is a little different. The store itsself is clean and neat, whish is awesome, and most of the staff is also great - but there are a couple of people there that could stand to be swapped out, not everyone is suited for service jobs.The pharmacy is just fine, nothing bad or especillay good to comment on.All in all, its a fine store, and could easily draw 5 stars with a staff upgrade, but either way, theyre doing a decent job.

Service at this pharmacy seems in need of improvement. They are very slow to acknowledge your presence at the wicket or to fill prescriptions in a timely manner. I had to return 4 times before mine were completed. --I'm not a pharmacist so I don't know about their work, but it seems they could work a bit faster. Maybe if they work too fast, they might get medicines mixed up, and that wouldn't be good! They are polite enough.~An impatient patient.""

Rude employees especially the supervisor. Very condescending lady working at the cosmetics counter.

I routinely call in my prescriptions, arrive after the time indicated by the automated system, and more than 50% of the time the Rx isn’t ready. Wednesday the system told me my Rx would be ready in 42 hours from my call; besides the fact that this is an unacceptable length of time for preparing a simple Rx, when i arrived after the ‘“ready” time I was told it wasn’t ready, they were behind and could I wait 20 min? Nope— I’d already waited 15 min in the line at the pharmacy. They either need more staff or a different system of management. BTW if pharmacies can’t currently meet acceptable standards in Rx services, I wonder how they will be able to offer efficient services in their “ expanded scope”.

I have changed my account over to Shoppers Drugstore on Herring Cove Road because the service has declined noticeably this year. I had to come back 4 times because the lineup was over 10 people. There are far fewer people working in the pharmacy than there used to be. The pharmacy looks very untidy and unorganized. The staff seem to be stressed all the time. It’s a shame because it used to be a very warm and welcoming place. In contrast, at Shoppers this afternoon, there were at least 8 people working behind the counter, all of whom were very pleasant and relaxed. The pharmacy was sparkling clean and the service was excellent.

I’ve been getting prescriptions here exclusively for over 5 years. They forever treat you like you’re asking for heroin lol. One little troll woman that works there sometimes wouldn’t fill my prescriptions - asking if I had ever been there before, blah blah. Again, I have a blood pressure pill I take, metformin, and tecta for my stomach! Hardly anything to abuse lol. Pharmacists get a zero from me - especially the manager who all but told me that she doesn’t care if I go elsewhere. C U next Tuesday!

Stood at the pharmacy for 5 mins with my wife, waiting for help with a product 4 people walking around and one on the phone and we were deliberately ignored, told the cashier. Staff seem stunned next time Shoppers!

This is the worst pharmacy service ever I don’t expect them to treat you like a human especially if you were Methadone patient you’ll always be a junkie in their eyes and on top of that they break protocol whenever they feel like it play favoritism and if you are poor don’t even bother going hear they have no respect no feelings no compassion if something happens and you try to call close to closing time they will deliberately ignore the phones up to 20 minutes before they’re actually closed And they will leave you standing outside with no medication well they serve someone else right beside you after they’re closed
