Worst management I've ever witnessed.Treat truckers poorly and are always asking drivers to leave and not park long.If there's a parking shortage maybe there needs to be some work done in this area. Without us the economy crumpled.

Polite staff, but utterly disgusting washrooms. Clumps of hair all over the floor. I checked every room hoping one would be decent, but all had scum and hair everywhere. I spent 20 minutes cleaning before I could feel comfortable enough to shower or even wash my hands. The sink, the floor, the shower, the bench, the shelf, and the toilet - all gross.

Staff will always find ways to wake drivers up in the middle of their sleep.

DEF is available.Few parking spots available, I didn’t ever take shower here but hope so I’ll be clean, very nice location with beautiful nature view

Such a bad customer … Manager “LISA” She does not know how to deal with their loyal customers. We (my drivers) fill up the gas from petro pass for almost $1500 everyday . She ( LISA) said, she does not care if she will loose the business from me . By mistake One of their breakaway got broken by one of my driver . Manager she called me and said i have to pay them $420 for the damage . I apologized to her on behalf of my driver but she was not ready to listen. I even offered that I can send my tech to replace their breakaway but she was like NO. I found out from NEE the cost of the expensive breakaway is $165 but she is charging me $285 for 1 breakaway… amount of business I am giving them everyday they are easily making $200 out of the gas I fill up there … If this is gonna be her attitude , Soon Petro will loose alot of customers… I wanted to talk to the territory manager but she said I cannot.. I guess if they are not gonna resolve my issue I have to close my account with Petro. This is the first ever unintentional mistake by my driver . Never thought stations like Petro canada, their staff will provide such a bad service.

Worst service manager don’t know how to talk if any high management see my contact then contact me i m gonna want to do formal complaint bcz we are pay you guys for service

Avoid by all means! Staff is rude, arrogant, unprofessional, useless, and…did i say they are extremely rude! I’ve done my due diligence and called Suncor with my complaint! These people with absolute zero social skills here should not be working with public period!

Excellent service in the store is the rule, not the exception. The folks here do a good job. The place is also clean, well stocked and given the current health situation, about as safe as they know how to make it.People complaining about the parking or parking rules, are the same ones who block the fire lanes, exit lane and prevent other trucks from leaving the pumps when finished fuelling. I am glad when these types promise not to come back, because they are an annoyance to everyone else.

This Petro-Pass has clean showers, small laundry facilities and adequate convenience store and for the most part friendly staff. As for parking it is lacking with approximately 6 spots. Good for a quick break but bad for anything more as the employees come out and kick you off the property if you are there for more then 4 hours due to low amount of parking.
