My recommendation is that you have your employees ask people for their points cards before taking their money. I'm new to this Tim Hortons points thing and I'm told that I just need to scan my barcode at the cash when I go through so I went to the drive-thru today at 3:30 pm and ordered a roasted hazelnut cold brew in a box of 10 bits and I paid and went to give my points card and the girl at the window tells me I had to give the points card before paying and offered me no help or anything beyond that and I told her well she didn't ask and she said sorry and have a nice day and I think it's kind of stupid that they couldn't accept my points card after I paid or couldn't fix the situation so that I still got my points so it was a disappointing experience for sure.

Everytime I go to this Tim Hortons I lose my appetite. I don't understand what they do there, but it's so disgusting. Today was my last straw.

Very inconsistent with drinks. Ordered a vanilla coconut cold brew one day and it was an ice coffee with the vanilla coconut syrup (to which I didn’t mind) then went again, got the correct drink with cold foam and all but last time I went I got a plain ice coffee and didn’t notice til I got home. If I’m paying almost $5 for a drink I want THAT drink not pay $5 for a $2 drink. Complete rip off!

Ordered the vanilla cream cold brew with Coconut.. It tasted nothing like other locations, I could be completely wrong but I believe the drink recipe wasn't available and they winged it. It was missing the crema and Coconut flavor.. Paid $5.74 for a cold coffee with milk basically.. The Tim Hortons in the Ultramar makes this better. Unsure if it's due to this location being operated by a third party.
