Awesome Customer Service and realistic. They were also very honest.Previous agents had overpriced our house to entice us into listing our home with them and then used our house to sell others. We went to George David and explained the situation and the problems we were having and they explained the issue and advised us what the market value was doing and confirmed they could definitely sell the house, which they did in less than 2 weeks showing genuine interested and relevant buyers around. They kept us informed at all times which made the experience a lot less stressful as on our previous estate agents we had to chase the agent to find out what was going on. All in all they provided us with a great service to the very end, if you are selling in the area, I would definitely recommend George David 100 %. We wished we had found them earlier!!

What can I say, the service we received from the team at George David was nothing short of exceptional during the process for us selling our two properties. There were hiccups with buyers and frustration with solicitors but the team went absolutely above and beyond to keep us updated day and even evening when things were stressful. It was an absolute pleasure working with them and if we could give more than 5 stars we would. 5* Selling during a pandemic was hard. We hit many hurdles and George David always stayed positive and helped us in every way. They were always responsive and happy to help even when I did call and email 10x a day in the final days leading up-to completion. I would highly recommend. Everyone in the office was lovely and professional at all times. Andy Heggie was amazing at communicating with us at every step.

From the moment we had our property valued through to completion we experienced excellent communication from 'George David Estate Agents' and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest agent with very competitive fees. Richard Pratt was fantastic in all respects - honest and completely transparent - genuinely nice guy who even called us weeks after we had moved to wish us well and hoped we'd settled in to our new home.

This is the 2nd time I have sold through George David. The whole team are helpful and knowledgeable. The detail in the advert was brilliant and photos were great.Communication has been easy and hassle free.All in all Richard and his team are brilliant and I will always use them.The recommendations they gave for solicitors etc were good too. I purchased my house with George David, so when it was time to sell, I contacted them for an evaluation and advice. The sales manager who helped me putting the house on the market was really very good, and they managed to sell the house at the asking price in three days. So far it would have been 5 star review, and my wife and I were enthusiastic of George David and their efficiency. However, then the problems started: first we were assigned to a man called Mark who was rude and with whom I had an argument at the very first phone call, as he was patronising. Then, it turned out that our file was passes to another person, Paul, who possibly does not even work at George David… the first clue was him referring to George David as “your estate agency”… anyway, Paul was difficult to reach because he wasn’t working at the estate agency and his mobile was often unavailable. In spite of having stated quite clearly to George David that since both us and our sellers were keen on moving as soon as possible, it took from June up to November to finally complete. While the agency from which we have bought our new home has been in constant contact with me, and while I have worked proficiently and hard with the other agency to speed up the process that seemed stuck for various neglect, I did not have the same communication and the same effectiveness from George David, and once completed, I was sad I had to pay George David, rather than the other agency, as the other estate agent really worked for his fare, while George David didn’t really do much after the offer was received. Thinking of how bad the experience was, I would have given 1 stars, but since they managed to sell the house in 3 days, which was anyway at least 4 stars, I have evened up and gone for 2 stars overall.

Extremely impressed with the professional service of George David . Richard went over and above in finding us a bungalow and kept us informed at all time from marketing to sale of our property and purchase of our new home. Between him and Andy H they made it as stress free as possible. We can’t praise them enough and highly recommend George David.

We bought our house through George David so when the time came to sell, we didn’t hesitate to contact them again. They made the entire process very smooth, even with new safety restrictions, and kept us updated every step of the way. We feel they had a genuine interest in helping us with the sale and gave us a personal service throughout.
