The Manager at this spot is amazing with customers and you can see she really cares and has love for her work. Many beds to choose from, waxing services and others. Promotions seems to be monthly and the place is super clean. I ran out of minutes but I would still come back even though it's far for me to drive; just because of how I am treated here.

I had previously given a one-star review to this salon when it was under the previous owner and different name. When the new owner bought the studio she went through the reviews and found mine and contacted me, appalled at the experience I had with the previous owner.She reached out and spoke with me, asking me to come back and try them again. I came in and she was friendly and professional. A lot of work has been done on the salon and the staff were 100 times better. I have a few more complimentary sessions and want to see the salon once all the repairs are completed and more beds installed, but I'm leaning towards changing to a 5 star review.Nice work, folks.

First time at the studio and it was great! New but knowledgeable staff, attentive, and made sure I had a good experience. I didn’t intend to purchase after my free first session but it was an easy decision to sign up. I wish I got the name of the person helping me - she was super nice.

The customer service is deplorable. It was my second visit, within a few days of my first, and I was treated so disrespectfully that I asked for my money back so I didn't have to ever return again. The young lady was unhinged, angerly speaking to me because she couldn't locate me in the system .. proceeding to insult me and stated I wasn't in the system and that I did not know where I was and perhaps it was a different salon. I kindly expressed I didn't appreciate her tone and suggestive nature that I was stupid and did not know my where abouts. She then announced to the salon, with 2 other patrons present that I was unset because they misspelt my name. This was/is not the case, but that she was rude and lazy looking into the system to kind me. I was spoken to terribly and this is no way to run a busy.

Please note this review is not about the service they offer but about one of the staff members who was utterly rude when demanding us to move our car that parked for few seconds while dropping of our sick pet to the next door veterinary. It was dark and rainy but still, the lady yelled at us asking if we didn't see the reserved for her business signs. The parking was packed and we left right away but still, we didn't expect such a bad attitude for this kind of incidents. She claimed she had customers coming up and I'm glad she still have them since I wouldn't go there to get whatever service she offers if I know what kind of rude people she is.

This is by far, the best salon in the lower mainland I have ever been to. Prices are reasonable, and the points system is splittable amongst friends which is super helpful. The products they offer are also of good quality and have a good price range. Overall, cleanliness is the most important. Always see the employees taking their time to disinfect which is exactly what I love to see right before going in. You can hear the spray bottle being sprayed multiple times! (haha) Anyways, small but nice details: always cool inside the business, seating area for while you’re waiting for your bed to be cleaned, lots of hooks on the wall, courtesy wipes which is always nice, music is atmospheric and any questions will always be answered. The staff are so kind and friendly which makes me wanna come back as often as I can. Thank you Glaze for being a safe space for me to come and relax :)

GOOD PRICES AND TOP QUALITY. I haven't gone tanning at a salon in years, mainly because I was apprehensive about it. Ashley helped me out and was such a delight to talk to! Without hesitation she answered all of my questions and even recommended me products I could use to extend my tan (which I now love) when I was so lost on where to start.Ashley provided exceptional customer service and I could tell she was providing me with the top quality while keeping my price point in mind. Everything was super clean and easy to follow for COVID guidelines. I already can't wait for my next tan! Thanks so much Ashley and Glaze Tanning Studio!

Had a wonderful experience here !! The customer service is amazing and would totally recommend!! I have been a customer here for a long time and I keep going back because of their wonderful service!! The workers make you feel comfortable and well informed on the different services they offer. This is my go to tanning salon:)
