From the front desk to the back just the best! I also has the student massage and let me say go there before the girl graduates :) she is fantastic! The nurse Mariel is very caring, very knowledgeable and even follows up on her own time! If there was a 10 this place is a 10 star! Oh and the place.. luxurious!

I had my first Morpheus8 treatment with Mariel. She was very attentive to all my needs and displayed a high level of professionalism and knowledge. All in all, it was a very positive experience. I definitely recommend Mariel for any of your cosmetic needs!

I visited today for a hot stone massage and it was quite nice. My therapist was lovely and did a great job. I did find both the robe and the locker room a bit shabby and during the first portion of my massage, people were laughing loudly outside the room and it made it hard to really relax and get in that zone. It would also be great if they were able to direct bill. Nothing major but just a few small areas they can improve upon.

This place is amazing. The new owner are amazing and took a nasty hit from the previous owners, who hopefully they will be charged to the fullest extent of the law. The massage lady I had was amazing and made me feel so good after my massage. All the ladies there are very professional and friendly. Give this place a chance you will not regret it at all.

My spouse and I have been coming to European Spa for nearly ten years.Unfortunately this business has severely declined since the new management took over. Old sandles, robes so old and ratty they appear permanently dirty, decor changed from the tacky but fun European Luxury"

This place has a lot of booth options for tanning, and prices haven't raised on our preferred bed since we started tanning here years ago. You rarely have to wait. Plenty of lotions for sale as well, including good sized testers. Lots of free parking. Booth is clean and bulbs are changed quickly. Staff are all very nice. 1-month unlimited package is ideal before a hot vacation.

Staff are super friendly and nice. We even had free pedicure with our massages. The space was very nice, warm and welcoming. They offered complimentary water and drinks. The staff were genuinely concerned that we were having a good time. I’d come here again honestly. They can do a couple massage. I took points away because my masseuse wasn’t as good as the one I have in Calgary, but she really tried, I even slept off but I feel my Calgary own was better. I enjoyed it here. The pedicure was good even though very short. Will definitely come back when I’m in Edmonton.

Only reason I’m giving this place 4 stars is the girl at the front desk. From the moment me and my wife walked in, we were so excited. However, unfortunately energy was not reciprocated.Not even a smile, Did not feel welcome at all until we met our massage therapists, they went above and beyond to deliver an excellent service. But again let down as we were immediately asked for payment before we even put on our shoes by the front desk girl.Incompetent with bad attitude couldn’t spell or type our names a few times which led her to get frustrated so I wrote our names on a note for her and still she punched it in wrong and couldn’t process the direct billing . She offered me a receipt so I can submit the claim myself I agreed she printed the wrong name on the receipt.We really like the service and the place was amazing and we were thinking to make this reoccurring visits but the only thing that’s holding us back is the attitude we got from the girl at the front desk.
