I had a garage door opener installed in the summer of 2019. ONC's office was polite and helpful in providing a very competitive quote and setting up an appointment.The technician was not as polite, but his work was neat and he did a decent job of cleaning up after himself. Upon his inspection, however, he noted to me that he needed to fasten a 2x4 piece of wood above my garage door to install the opener and insisted on charging me an extra $75 for this. I brought this down to $50 but was not impressed with the overcharge. He also ended up drilling a hole through the garage door frame by mistake and he filled it in after I pointed it out to him. The technician also didn't provide me with an invoice and charged me using his mobile point-of-sale system.Overall, ONC's service was a mixed bag and I'm not sure I'd use them again.Edit: Disappointing response by the business for a four-star review. Have sent email and attached photo. Also remembered a last-minute overcharge by the technician, which I've now included in my review and led me to drop my score to three stars.

Absolutely fantastic work done by ONC Garage Door Service. Super clean install and extremely friendly. Even more impressive was John's approach on still running his business and sticking to the social distancing rules during this pandemic. Amazing service and work - contacted them through their website and promptly heard back from John. Came out the next day to diagnose and fix. I had a bend in the top of my garage door I was told was not repairable by one company, and quoted almost triple by another company to repair with wood temporarily. John's quote came in at a fraction of what I was previously quoted, using metal / better materials that would be a proper fix that was not temp. He arrived within the scheduled time, was able to explain what the issue was, how it was effecting the function of the door motor, and how he could fix it. Within 20-30 mins he had the work completed, and garage door back to operating as before. HIGHLY recommend, could not have asked for better service. John is very professional and knowledgeable. John and his team are the best in business! We replaced our 20 year old builder garage door with him in May 2020.His prices were VERY reasonable. Installation was professional and well done.Yesterday we had an incident where the garage door’s chain came off. John came today and replaced it for free under the warranty.Amazing service and highly recommended!

Incredible customer service and excellent repair work.ONC arrived on time (same day service), and very quickly diagnosed the trouble with my garage door. John took the time to explain to me the issues and how he was going to repair them. He didn't rush, yet completed the work faster than I expected. He made some recommendations for other repairs and I asked if he could stay a bit longer and do those as well, which he was happy to do.I would highly recommend ONC Garage Door Services to anyone needing quality garage door installations or repairs.

Not only do I recommend this guy as a great service worker, but he represents his company very well, if you don't give him a raise or a promotion (though you are taking him away from others to experience) someone else might give him a better offer... this man was raised well, taught well, and performs well.Thank you again. ONC Garage Door Services installed our new garage door nearly 4 years ago, and when I called to request a service visit, they had my records immediately in hand and booked a 'tune up' for the next week. The service person was on-time, knowledgable and friendly and took care of everything in less than half an hour. I could not be happier with ONC product or service.
