Social Benefits Tribunal

This place does not have a clue on the impact its senseless decisions cause ODSP patients. It's a game of denial and being inefficient with the judicial process and ultimately cutting patients off of their rightful benefits.

It's been over two years plus since I applied to appeal an ODSP decision. (They claimed I wasn't a person with a disability, when if they had of looked at the evidence, multiple papers state I do and need mental health help and financial assistance.)I haven't heard a word about the status of my case. No phone calls, emails, etc. Nothing for two plus years. They have the right number, right address, right email and everything. Not once was I notified of anything.I find it absolutely ridiculous and ableist that places like these do not inform anyone on their cases for months or years at a time. I also find it ableist that places like these don't even look at the evidence, and just deny people right away.Something needs to be fixed for sure.

Just a waste of time.

Terrible. They use justice to deny people ODSP

Never used this place... But sounds like they try to help people who have been refused social assistance.
