It took forever to get my fridge repaired and it only lasted a week and the same issue happened. If you call them to find out when they’re coming they never answer the phones or call people back. Terrible service! I would never recommend this company.

Scam.Called as my washer wasn't draining fully. Repair man showed up NEVER LOOKED AT THE DRAINING System, turned the washer on for 30 seconds. Spun the barrel around and told me it needed bearings.Was at the house for a total of 4 mins.Bearings will not fix the draining. I still can't use my washer if bearings are changed.He said he would call me back with parts and prices.NEVER CALLED ME BACK.Never heard anything for 3 months.Now 3 months later I get a bill in the mail. 100$ for 4 mins and the issue I called for was not even looked at.If he actually looked at what I called for I would have no issue paying this.Absolutely unacceptable.Terrible company.Called a different service and my washer is fixed, was fixed during service call.Do not use this service.

Could never get through on the phone, left multiple messages. Had to call over and over to have Julie finally answer. Kept ordering parts for my stove and still don’t have a working stove after over a year. Had to have Samsung issue a new service ticket to get them to come back out and Chad wrote up a return authorization as we could not fix it. Called Samsung two weeks later and they never received it or could get a hold of them either. Would not recommend their service, poor communication and service.

Awesome Customer Service. They coached us over a few months while we chased manufacturer for parts under warranty on a high end range hood. They were patient with us and were always there for us. Valley Appliance Repair made sure all the parts were there and were correct parts before proceeding, to avoid any damage to unit. Very much appreciate that. They were on time and completed solved the issue. Invoice was very agreeable. I highly recommend this company, from the office staff to the Field Tech, they are very helpful, professional and very affordable.

These guys wasted my time for just under 3 months, only to abandon the job. If samsung stick you with them , beg for a different provider. If you’re paying yourself definitely run!

Great company. Just moved to Val Caron and needed to get a repair on our new Samsung washer. Chad came and within 5 minutes identified the issue. Julie followed up because they needed to order the part and she was fantastic. Chad came back to complete the repair and everything is now working great. Highly recommend.

Amazing service, very friendly and fair prices. I had an issue that was unable to be solved at no fault of the technician or the company. They refunded the service fee hassle free! I highly recommend calling them for any of your appliance needs!
