I used the kiosk to order after not having a server come up to the front counter. While I was waiting for my order, someone else was waiting at the front counter, and the server brought my order and walked away without helping this guy out. Someone on their break noticed and called the server to the counter. They seem to have full staffing, however I witnessed more people waiting to order, or waiting extra long for their order, than I have ever seen before at a McDonald's. This is not one of my regular locations so I don't know if they were having problems that we couldn't see up front in the lobby.

Parked every car that came through drive thru, no parking was available so I had to just 4 way in the middle of everyone super embarrassing. 10/10 just going to tims next time. Update: fries were under cooked and didn't follow instructions on the burger.

UPDATE ... Apr 14th 1345 hrs.Food hot and fries are excellent. Whoever is on lot-and-lobby needs to fill hetchup containers and lids for drinksHow about you know it's going to be busy at noon ...... staff appropriately. ~15 min wait for drive-thru order. We were offered OTHER people's orders twice .... nope not us. Got the order wrong, no salt on the fries ... they were hot though but the x 3 sandwiches were not .... warming at best. SAD.

I'm done with all McDonald's.Tired of ordering a chocolate milkshake that tastes like mint or strawberry,Clearly the dispenser has the flavor from the last milkshake that was ordered.Good bye

8 am, not busy at all. got my coffee, but the hot chocolate took 10 minutes, and it seems they completely forgot about (we waited in a stall) until we went to the speaker to ask for a refund. the coffee tastes watered down and we wasted more time because of their bad service.

Usually they serve good food with good customer service. But today it was totally different staff. Rude customer service and very unhygienic. They are preparing food without gloves and even using their phones side by side.Very unprofessional.

I ordered the 2 pies, because there was no muffins, these pies, were dried out and hard…like they were refried a few time. Could not bite into them.. disgusting.

Used to be a model franchise location but on my latest visit (first in three years) the place was dirty, garbage overflowing, no ketchup or napkins stocked.. and they got my order wrong. Staff is super friendly but almost incomprehensible.

So I was told by the staff working the drive thru window that the owner has 14 franchises and is charging 50 cents for a package of mcchicken sauce or sweet and sour sauce is completely absurd. I understand the philosophy of being a business owner but this is absolutely disgusting and greedy.

I asked for a junior chicken and they gave me some kind of orange sauce on it instead of mayonnaise so I took picture and chucked it cause I don't know what they put on it and I'm from outside the city so I am giving them my business anymore at that location
