Always exceptional service. Today I was having some trouble with my bike and the technician not only fixed my issue but took time, on a busy day, to teach me how to fix it myself in the future.On top of the always great service, they also host multiple welcoming cycling groups!

I brought the flat front tire of my bike to Western Cycle at 445 on a Saturday, expecting to have to leave it at the shop and pick it up on Monday, my 60th birthday. The weather was supposed to be great on Sunday so I was a bit bummed by not having a bike to ride.Just as I was leaving the store, the man I was dealing with stopped me and said that he had time to fix my tire right now, so I could use it on Sunday. I was flabbergasted by this. Customer service, in my view, has been on a steady decline since the 80's.Having this man fix my bike so close to closing time really blew me away. He went out of his way to make me happy, and boy, was I. I think that this was the greatest customer service I've had in years. It really made me appreciate this wonderful person at Western Cycle Source for Sports, for going above and beyond the norm.Thanks

Great service. The staff were super helpful with picking out my bike as well as accessories and gear. I never felt like they were rushing me or pressuring me, just giving me good advice. Spending a lot on a new bike is stressful on it's own and several staff took time to explain what I needed to know and I couldn't be happier with my purchases.

Service staff in the tech department is super-friendly & knowledgeable. Turnaround time for getting my FAT bike ready for Spring riding was a STELLAR 2 days! Layout of the store is constantly evolving and flow gets better and better each day.Keep up the great work!

I came in with a flat tire on my kids bike and everyone was so helpful. It turned out I needed an adapter to fill it up and the man in the bike shop showed me exactly what I needed and how to use it. The employees also carried the bike in from my truck and back out when they were finished. Top notch service even though my purchase was only $2! Thanks!

Bike shop is always a great experience. Everyone is friendly and willing to help you. Not to mention the bike selection and the people tuning/building them are amazing at what they do! Lots of parts and accessories in stock to customize your ride.

Have shopped at Western cycle a few times in Regina. Always friendly knowledgeable staff, lots of products and in stock items. Test track for trying out bikes upstairs. I highly recommend speaking with Timothy or Bert (or any other staff!) for excellent service.
