Tom did a kitchen backsplash , a very intricate one, and he did a fabulous job , on time and on budgetWork was exceptional . He also did a full bathroom Reno for my daughter and again, very happy with the result. I’d highly recommend him.

Tom and his staff were very responsive and quick to come help me. The emoyee who came to help me was super professional and polite. Was so kind to my dog and mindful of him with the door being opened. I was in meetings so couldn't really check in and he was very courteous!

I was considering hiring Tom to do some drywall patching/painting and bathroom tile repairs. But talking to him on the phone regarding the job was a very unpleasant experience. His continuous talking and talking took precedence, he refused to allow me a chance to ask any questions. He was so self-absorbed that it hindered his ability to connect with me. When I finally was able to speak, it was shocking how quickly he became defensive and hostile, especially considering I was simply seeking clarification on some aspects of the job. He accused me of complaining. It became evident that this handyman lacked basic communication skills and failed to understand the importance of respectful customer interactions. It raises serious doubts about how Tom would handle the actual work. I'm glad I did not contract him to do the work.

Tom arranged to have Andy come to our home and tend to 3 different challenges. Instead of giving a quote to address the issues, Andy just fixed the problems immediately! Awesome.

I was looking for someone to hang Art work, install closet bars and curtain rods over windows and do bathroom towel and hold bars. I read the Google reviews and they are impressive. Contracted Tom and Dustin to install a backsplash in my kitchen. Tom was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. He provided me with a list of materials to get from Home Depot. I supplied the materials, he supplied the labour and skill.The quality of work from Dustin and Tom was great; and within a reasonable budget. Would definitely use them again.
