Booked my appointment for 10:20 so that I didn't have to wait around. 10:45 I'm told there is 1 appointment ahead if me and then it's my turn. How is this possible when appointments are scheduled?Much better time management at Century Park and Winderemere locations.Got called in at 10:52 out at 10:56. Not sure how they run that far behind at that level of efficiency.Technician was great. Can't fault the friendly service.

I go to this location every time myself or my daughter needs blood work done.They are always very patient with my daughter.They even helped me find files and printed them off for me.The ones that I was sent via email from the specialist were very sloppy.They are always helpful, patient, and quick. We are never waiting long.

My name is Nellie, I am pleased to inform those who are looking for a DynaLife Medical lab in Edmonton,I have no adequate words to describe the superb customer service, I received from Ritu, Pallavi and others who do ECGs, Urine analysis and other diagnostic lab work. Pallavi and Ritu showed empathy, respect, compassion, kindness and humility to all who were in the waiting room including me.Some times, I hear negative comments or unjustified complaints about Medical labs , one has to personally experience the quality and caring service receiving day in and day out from the staff in this and other medical labs to be grateful and thankful. Today I received consideration and quality service from Pallavi and Ritu. We, Canadians are blessed with high quality medical laboratory service. I wish Ritu. Pallavi and other staff the best in 2023 and years to follow.

This place needs to be either shut down or given a new management. At the busy afternoon hour, there are only two people working" - moving slower than a fly on a pile of 'honey'. One cannot speak English

My experience in this location was very nice. The lady who assisted me was very patient, and attentive. Of course I had to wait, but not for long! I arrived at 10:10, my appointment was at 10:20 and I was already getting my blood work done at about 10:30. I will always choose this location to get my future blood tests.

Long waiting times but the staff don’t care because if you don’t like it you can just not get service

Really liked the experience I had with the phlebotomist that took blood. She was nice & had lots of experience so when she inserted the needle into my arm it didn't hurt unlike some other locations I've been at. The one draw back was that it took about 5 minutes for someone to finally help me at the front desk. Other then that all was great

Staff is friendly and the service is good. You do have to wait long at times but that's to expected at most medical laboratories, make an appointment if you don't want to wait.These workers deserve respect and appreciation for what they do. I watched a front desk person be so kind and patient to a flustered elderly woman who doctor's office had misdirected her requisition transfer, this was so lovely to observe in a world of impatience. Being kind and understating to one another is priceless. Appreciate your health care workers.

Checked in at front desk for my literal APPOINTMENT.30 minutes go by and I ask what’s happening, they tell me my name was taken off the list and they don’t know why.I proceed to wait another 10 minutes to finally be seen by someone…A real model of competency this placeThe tech Michel was pretty nice though
