Ozren designed our Laneway Suite that we finished building 8 months ago. We are so pleased with the final outcome. Everyone in the neighbourhood loves the suite we built above our garage. The suite was easy to rent due to the design and aesthetics that made the unit so charming. Ozren was so instrumental going through the Committee of Adjustment for the variances we had. Ozren is an absolute please to work with. He is open to creativity and feedback. I would highly recommend Ozren for any project and especially Laneway Suites if you are planning on building one.

Working with Ozren at Stambuk Homes was absolutely perfect. We were referred to Ozren by our builder at Dream2Build and never looked back. We told Ozren our basic design ideas, our wants/needs, and then let him create.You can always tell when someone cares about their job and Ozren has that in spades. As much as he a talented designer/architect, he is also a wonderful listener, and that really helps in this process. He was willing to work with our suggestions and wasn’t shy about offering his expertise on certain aspects as well. I’ve heard horror stories from other people about this process and it couldn’t have been better.I think one of my favourite aspects of working with Ozren was how much HE cared about our process moving forward. He spearheaded all of the permits and processes involved and when the inevitable delays happened he went to bat for us every time.Ozren is extremely friendly, professional, and was fantastic to work with. Stambuk homes built our detached garage studio with bathroom. Both Ozren (design) and Zoran (build) were very collaborative and responsive to work with. They allowed me to handle parts of the project I was particular about, while answering any questions, providing advice and coordinating everything within the main build.
